The shop was full of treasures, I especially loved the housewares downstairs. Owner was very friendly, can't wait to go back.

This place is fabulous! Finally visited last month and the place was so sweetly Put together! Kathy was wonderful and engaging (especially in FB messenger conversations). I highly recommend this place, as it pretty much has a little bit of everything!

Hands down my favorite place to shop. Anywhere. Whenever friends come to visit from out of town this is the first place they want to go. Carefully curated resale shop, cozy atmosphere run by wonderful women. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed you did!

* Edited to add: I was just reading through some of the reviews and see that several people felt the items were overpriced. I think it’s important to remember that this is a consignment shop, not a thrift store. Instead of carrying everything that anyone wanted to get rid of, the items in pennywise are carefully chosen for their condition, style and quality, so that you won’t have to wade through 20 pairs of pilled and stretched out polyester leggings before you find the one hidden gem. They also have frequent storewide sales, including a bag sale at the end of the season. And, perhaps, most importantly, the money that you spend there is going back to other members of our community instead of off to national corporations. It’s a wonderful business plan, and I appreciate their quality and selection!

I stopped in because I saw a dress in the window and I needed one for an event this weekend. Best decision ever! The ladies there were so very helpful! Clothes shopping is not my forte, but this wonderful woman started looking and pulling items for me to try, without me even knowing at first. She gave her opinion on each when I had them on. I ended up with two of the six I tried, both chosen by her. It was like having a personal shopper or stylist. This is the first time I've been clothes shopping in years that I wasn't disappointed or discouraged when I left, I was excited to wear my new purchases.

One of my Favorite Places! Kathy and Donna are so sweet and friendly. They always boost my spirits when I visit. Quality clothing in excellent condition at a fraction of the original cost. I like the unusual and Pennywise always has something of interest for me. LOVE PENNYWISE!
