My family has been going to Arlo for their prescriptions for many, many years. It’s nice to deal with a small neighborhood drug store rather than the big chains. The pharmacists are always so helpful not only in oerson. On many occasions, I have called them to ask about a certain medication my doctor orders, double check any drug interactions or other important matters. They always take my call, are very knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend Arlo!

Arlo Drug store of Long island is a true community treasure. Their entire staff are the most helpful, competent and friendly professionals that you will ever find. I have been lucky enough to have been one of their customers for four decades and I have never encountered a single problem in all that time. They are truly customer focused in everything they do. Although they are small, their customer service is world-class!

Arlo has been our primary pharmacy for over 35 years and I find them to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It’s nice to be known by name upon entering. A January 31, 2020 New York Times article, “How Chaos at Chain Pharmacies Is Putting Patients at Risk,” sums it up succinctly. I put the utmost of faith in Todd and his crew.

A throwback to back when you actually had a relationship with your neighborhood pharmacist. Todd is a good man. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone talks about Big Pharm but it’s really Big Chain’s (Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS) driving the prices of drugs up. They don’t do that here. It’s a very ethical business. Good people.

Good Old Fashion neighborhood service. Nice to know the pharmacist and there family instead of a big box store pharmacy. Call and they deliver. You can keep CVS. Arlo is where we go.

They were ABSOLUTELY Wonderful! Such a pleasure to know there is still Pharmacies that are Family owned & actually take the time to get to know you as their customer & went the extra mile to make sure the process with electronic prescriptions went as smoothly as possible, making sure they had recieved the RX script, taking the time to confirm that they had the correct medication in stock & filled it in less then 5 minutes of wait time. I highly recommend ARLO DRUG STORE OF LI, Inc. TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE, EVEN IF IT'S A BIT OUT OF YOUR WAY, BECAUSE THE PERSONAL SERVICE THAT THEY STILL PROVIDE IS ALMOST OBSOLETE NOW A DAYS, AND THEIR PRICES ARE CHEAPER THEN PLACES LIKE CVS, WALGREENS, RITEAID, ETC. WHEN THEY ALLOW U TO USE A DISCOUNT CARD ON THE MEDICATION YOUR INSURANCE REFUSES TO COVER! #WE_LOVE_ARLO!
