CVS

This was the cleanest and most organized CVS I’ve been in. Customer service was outstanding and they were so very helpful!! All other stores could learn from the way this store manager runs this store!! Highly recommend this location!

I just moved to Knoxville from GA 3 months ago and this is my local CVS. I’ve been in several times to pick up photos. And I had a really hard time finding the vitamin E oil in stock several times I was in the store so I filled out the survey for one of the times I picked up photos, the staff has all been great from the older ladies at the register to the pharmacist coming out trying to help find it. Telling me they recently did a store reset, and maybe it’s been removed and there is other kinds in skin care so I got the CVS brand which is not the same but it’s OK, so the staff is definitely A+ in my experience so far. BUT a let me tell you, as soon as I did the survey the GM, Angie!! ☺ instantly emailed me saying she totally has that oil and will set that aside for me, I emailed back saying I would have to wait for another coupon to come through email and she is so thoughtful and all her staff has been great. Literally 3 WEEKS later I went in to pick up photos and use a 25% coupon and still couldn’t find that oil on the shelf and Brad was putting stock away, he was super helpful and looked all over then found Angie up front for me, she totally remembered me. And reached behind her and on the shelf behind the register she STILL had saved me the bottle of oil. WOW Right!! All this time!🌟 that’s amazingly thoughtful for sure!!
So please DO give this CVS a chance because Angie is working VERY hard to make this store Great considering this is the ONLY. 24 hour drugstore around that’s a BIG DEAL! And a lot to manage. And they can only get better with critical feedback, so filling out the survey on your receipt does make a big difference for change. Just be specific and USEFUL with the information your providing when giving reviews friends 😇

Kathryn is the best!!! She goes above and beyond the description of her job. With her the patient comes first!!!

The best service at any CVS that I have ever had. My insurance wants me to use CVS and I have a lot of health problems. I am there at least 3 times a month. The pharmacists are awesome and so are the pharmacy technicians. I live 2 hours away and would much rather drive to this store than deal with the Greeneville stores. Toni and Kathlin are so sweet and professional.

We always get great service. The pharmacy drive-thru stays backed up and not because the workers are slow they are always fast pace. Every interaction with staff has been pleasant.

The people in the pharmacy are very helpful. I can usually find what I am looking for.

I have never gone to this one before but I had an appointment for my booster shot. I arrived about a half hour early, but they took me right away. I was finished within 10 minutes. FYI:: you do need to bring your cdc proof of vaccination card with you. I had come here the previous day without it. After months of carrying it around in a nice little case in my pocketbook....and absolutely no one had asked to see it, I decided to no longer carry it so I wouldn't lose it! I also looked around after the shot. I found at home covid test kits for $10. They also had some great mark downs on some items. I really appreciated the fact that they have a small self checkout register. There was a long line...and I'm sure wait...at the lone open staffed register. The place was clean and organized, and at 10am was only crowded at the checkout line.

I was seen twice at the walk in clinic this week. Dr. Florek was beyond amazing and got me and son in and out. She took her time and we figured out a solution today. Highly recommend her!

Went through the drive-through pharmacy today to pick up medications for a sick friend. The pharmacist at the window was very polite and knowledgeable. I had to wait an hour to get the prescriptions. But unfortunately I think that is the common denominator with every pharmacy. And it always seems to be an hour. So I went and did other things and returned back and The medication was ready for me.

The little old man working the late shift (sorry for calling him old) but was adorable. He kept up with that store. He was very polite and good at his job. Helping people find what they were looking for. The store was incredibly clean too. Everything was pretty easy to find.

Candace helped us wrangle our many coupons across multiple accounts. Very confusing (to me) but she was a pro! Patience of a saint and smile of an angel!

They often carry items not found at similar stores. The best of the experience is the customer service given by Terrence. Young man goes above and beyond. Good product knowledge, good attitude, very helpful. Hope there are growth opportunities for him!

I’m so glad we switched to CVS, they have been a pleasure at getting our prescriptions filled.
I would definitely recommend CVS pharmacy.
CVS has kept my insurance info on file and I don’t have to repeat it to them. That was the issue we had at Kroger & Walgreens, we would constantly have to resubmit our insurance information, it got old quick.

Very pleasant staff. Sometimes people forget how busy a pharmacy is (especially 24 hr) and sometimes could be a little more patient. It's easy to be kind and not sweat the little stuff.

I live in Murphy, NC. On Good Friday, the closest dentist I could find to do an emergency extraction was in Knoxville, TN. It was eight before I got out of the dentist office. I am hard to numb, and it wears off very quickly. This was the closest 24 hour pharmacy for us. They could tell I was in pain. The lady pushed my meds to the front of the line. The pharmacist name was Nelson. He explained everything about my meds in detail to my husband because I needed something on my stomach when I took them, and he could see I was in pain so he didn't want me to try and talk. They were great, and I was very pleased. Thanks CVS!

Debbie was so incredibly helpful to us. We were looking for a high-demand black Friday item, and she called several stores in the area to help us locate it. Just when you think customer service has really gone down the drain, you find a gem like Debbie. Thanks again, and happy Thanksgiving!

Today I was released from the ER due to rapid onset diabetes. Due to a mixup in how the ER dr wrote my insulin prescription, I was unable to get the medication. Toni, a pharmacist at this location, called Park West ER on my behalf and straightened the whole situation out, such that they filled my script and got it billed thru my insurance... thank you Toni!

I have been going to this CVS even before it moved to the new building. The pharmacy staff is great! I never have to wait long at all. This is the o my pharmacy I will ever go to. Thanks to all the staff for being so awesome!

Prices without insurance usually the best but they never have medicine i need in stock. Always just put in script days before to remedy. They take discount app when Walgreens won't! If they are slow it is bc cvs didn't hire enough techs or you went at peak time. They have been friendly at this one more than others!
