Kroger Marketplace

As a business owner who relies on the availability of large quantities and bulk items, in a weekly basis, I am always delighted with the quantity and quality of the food choices at Kroger's.
Not only do they stock a wide variety of items, but the customer service at this branch is absolutely impeccable. Kroger's employees are very willing to take the time to assist and help with finding the locations of products or to simply answer questions about stocked items. They also offer assistance in carrying items out to vehicles, without a moment's hesitation.
I've also ordered items online on a regular basis, and arriving for pickup has never been an issue, even with very large quantities, such as our orders. Kroger's employees always load our groceries very orderly and neatly into our vehicle, and they are extremely courteous with asking whether we would prefer to have delicate items such as eggs, loaded up front. Any item that is not in stock is always replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.

My favorite grocery store! Love Simply Organic brand for their quality and prices. Kroger is conveniently located on Kingston pike. Their cake bar is very big with lot of variety and their freshly baked Tuscan bread is just yummy. It is the best place to get birthday flowers, candles and cards too. I usually buy veggies, meat and fresh fruits here. This store is very clean and well maintained.

It was a great store. I was amazed that Kroger had a Marketplace. I worked at this location for a while and had a great experience. The managers are very friendly. Truly good people to work for.

The best Kroger in town! The pharmacy is great, barbecue on Saturdays out front, and located in the perfect location to service everyone West.

Very clean store with good merchandise stock and selections. The handicap parking is plentiful and send to be a very safe area to park.

They have a sushi person that makes sushi fresh almost every day in the mornin. The man is very sweet and respectful the woman she never speaks just head nods. Great cuts of meat. Great savings and awsome veggies

Best kroger Ive been in. They have everything. Employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great also. My Medications were transfered easy and filled fast. At a great price.

We just moved here and don’t have Kroger on the west coast but we thought we would go try it today, I am so glad we did! The lady who checked us out was so patient with me while I figured out the new (to me) WIC system. They were so kind and helpful. Great customer service.

On 08/19/2023 at about 1:30 my credit card would not work as the store was having problems with the system. The supervisor Nick did everything he could to fix the situation, including when the problem was fixed he sent an employee out to the parking lot to tell us the problem was fixed. Kroger has always been my favorite store, because of the " mom and pop" atmosphere. But because of supervision like Nick you have customers for life, I am one.

I made my first visit today and WOW what a nice store. Very clean and friendly employees. Very large selection of housewares items along with your normal grocery store items. Great store!!

Needed to find a specialty honey and an employee went out of their way to help me locate it! So refreshing to find that kind of helpfulness and care for customers. Thank you again to the staff member and to Kroger for promoting this in their business.

The staff is friendly/kind and always helpful. A big chain, which has its own benefits, that has a staff that is excellent and makes the store feel local.

Love the store . Love the fact my son can help with the buggy. Fresh food and awesome deals every time.

I shop here almost every day that I work. It's usually quick trips after work, but it's so much they pretty much know who I am by now. I have a family of 7 and that takes some serious work to keep up with, this place makes my life so much easier, the staff is always nice and helpful and I save some serious money on a lot of what I buy, save a lot on gas also because of how much I buy each month. They also send out awesome coupons and best customer bonuses, and they have a game reward program right now that earns PlayStation gift cards for my husband, he loves that. The app makes it all easy and If you use it right you can really make their programs work for you and they have most of all my families favorite products, from clothing to household items and of course groceries. Love being able to grab almost anything I need on my way home and get in and out quick. What more can you ask for store wise? I have never had a bad experience and like I said I shop here almost every day.

Talk about ABOVE & BEYOND. My grandmother went to kroger and needed help finding an item. An associate by the name of rose valentine ran, literally ran to the isle to find the item and bring it to my grandmother so she didnt have to go out of her way. Absolutely wonderful service.

Even though we have had some rough weather I still could find everything I wanted

Kroger is my favorite grocery stores in the area. They have the best selection and quality around. This location is no different. It's clean and the people are friendly. It's usually pretty busy. This Kroger seems to be the largest in the area. It's one of my favorites.
