Dunkin'

This is my favorite Dunkin in the area, between Oswego & Onondaga counties. I have been going to this location for over a year now. I can only recall once that they gave me the wrong order and they had that fixed in about a minute. The employees remember your name when you’re a regular which is sweet (even when I got a new car!). I recently discovered some food intolerances & the staff have been amazingly patient explaining what’s in the syrups etc. Plus their drinks are actually consistent from this location!

Like to go there in the morning on my days off from work. It is a good time going there and met some nice people there to talk to about different things. The staff knows my order when I go there and that is very nice. They have a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. I might try something else ever so often but mostly I have been getting around the same items. Would recommend this place to everyone and it is clean inside and out. Parking lot is a good size and it even has shade because of the big trees that run alongside the parking lot.

Fast courteous and very clean inside and out and salted because it had been snowing.

It's touch and go what the coffee tastes like. Really, it should taste the exact same every day, but every other day it's good and the other day it's terribly bitter.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which I hadn't had before. It was really good. My only gripe would be that the sandwich wasn't crispy the bread got very soggy. It tasted great though.

When I was there it was around lunch time and I went through the drive through. The lone was quite long but it went pretty quickly. The girls at the frive through window did great. Part of my order was missing and the girl quickly apologized and got it for me.

I stopped into Dunkin for a Mocha Macchiato, which I ordered ahead of time in the Dunkin donuts app on my phone. The coffee was ready & waiting for me when I arrived!

Drive thru is open. The dining room is closed so all business must be conducted via the drive thru window. They do allow call ahead pick up orders which they will bring out to your vehicle. Busy in the morning but incredibly fast service!

My absolute favorite Dunkin’! Hate that some morning’s I’ll drive out of my, seriously, 10 miles, and they have only drive thru open. But I get pandemic staffing & hours. But worth the wait! Order is always perfect & amazing!

To who ever was working on 4/21/22 at about 5:05….absolutely amazing!!! They were soooo sweet and friendly!!! The two girls I encountered in the drivethu were absolutely great! Thank you!

It was great. Miranda waited on us. She was very helpful and thinking of our needs. Pumpkin donut and a special cold brew. Excellent. Pumpkin muffins and coffee cake.

Quick drive thru service and order is correct every time. Staff are polite

It's coffee, seriously cheaper than star... you know the rest.. Did I mention they have coffee?? You can even get extra caffeine coffee!! Yes Please!!! Sorry, dear husband!!! :D

If it's the Manlius Center Road it's the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Others are a little truck stop like and ghetto. Stop sign belongs at the top of the hill towards the drugstore people cut through there with roadway speeds and to make the hill a danger when you park out front. High Fidelity music in the men's room but the changing station too small for old guys with diapers. Service after you've sat down with your order would be fun to have tip jar make the customers feel more comfortable but I usually throw a $5 bill in the trash can. Despite the conspicuous lack of ashtrays LOL

Good coffee a good sign of well made dunking coffee is a long line and this dunking has it and it moved right along. Yet, when I got to the window the gentleman had the kindness to smile and be happy that his day was hectic

It's a dunkin', you really can't ask for much. They are my favorite and most reliable in the area.
