Great candy company featured in the viral videos on several platforms. You can peek into the back area from the main storefront through an open door giving a glimpse of the place several of the videos are filmed. Also a surprisingly large vegan candy selection, including delicious nut brittles!

I have not been to the candy store....yet, it's on the list. I have watched many videos on Facebook making different candies and such, but the one I have watched over and over is the Cherry Cordial one. We have been to a few local candy stores and they don't make cherry. My husband surprised me and had some sent to our house. We live in Northern Illinois so it's not a convenient trip for candies. They arrived and were perfect! They tasted just as I imagined they would. Thank you!!!

I live all the way in Arizona, and I have made 3 orders this summer. Every single time, my order arrives quickly and in perfect condition! So far I've only ordered hard candy, but hope to try the chocolates this winter when our temps in AZ are cooler than Hades. They've been very conscientious about making sure I get a cold pack and the best possible shipping choice for the best value. I appreciate you guys!

My girlfriend first discovered this company from a YouTube video back in the basement days, and told me about them about 2 years ago and I’ve made a few orders since then. The candy is amazing and the customer service is top tier! I had an issue with my most recent order where I accidentally ordered one item less than I meant too, I emailed the company and quickly got a call back letting me know how to fix it before it got shipped. Having worked at a local family owned business I respect how quickly and efficiently they helped me out! 10/10 have recommended this business to many others and will continue to do so! :)

Been watching their YouTube channel for years and after several attempts to visit the store I finally got to visit and meet the literal sweetest people. So excited to taste the candy that I've watched being made through a screen! Thank you Hercules for the warmest welcome.

Taste, just wonderful. Not crazy sweet like bulk manufacturing does it. Just right, and it shows through the experience and quality of their candy which allow you enjoy all the flavors.

I have tried candy and chocolates across the spectrum and all over the world. I really enjoyed the little velvet heart full of brightly colored ganache I received today. The box felt heavy and substantial and I knew right away that it was of fine quality. Haha! My first time trying and I give it a 10. I would love to be a return customer. Thank you for making such fine chocolate and indulging my whims when it is not V-day or my birthday.

I was watching one of their YouTube videos when I realized they're right here in Central NY! When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was hoping to get a peek at some candy making, but maybe next time, I'll get lucky. The candy is delicious. I tried their stuffed candy ribbons. The green apple with caramel is dangerously delightful. Omg. I could eat an entire bag by myself. The sour fruit candies were delicious as well. Keep in mind that these candies are handmade with love. Come support a local business and enjoy some top-tier candy. You won't be sorry.

I really don’t like social media. Don’t get me wrong, it does great things for business and individuals alike, but I am not a fan of this businesses Instagram. Why? BECAUSE IT INTRODUCED ME TO THEIR CASHEW BRITTLE!! All it took was ONE video on their cashew brittle and it prompted me (I live in FLORIDA by the way) to go online and order me some of this heavenly looking golden mixture. Once delivered, and I took one bite…game over. I’m not a drug addict, never have been and don’t plan on being one…but when I tell you I might be a cashew brittle addict?? The AUDACITY of Hercules Candy Company to produce such an EXQUISITE tasting cashew brittle!! Worth every penny. I sign up for their back in stock email alerts every time I’m about to run out because I NEED a constant supply of this stuff. Is it produced well? Yes. Is it shipped nicely? Absolutely. Is it laced with something? Very possibly. Long story short, BUY THE CASHEW BRITTLE!

Very friendly staff great selection of homemade chocolates and different candy they even gave me a free sample of a strawberry / lemonade hard candy I stopped by to visit I told them I watch their live streams on YouTube .I will definitely have to visit them again. It is great seeing candy made the old fashioned way not being mass produced by machine their prices are well worth the time and effort the put into the process.

Been a long-time fan of their YT videos, so I'm excited I got the chance to finally try their sweets! I ordered the peanut butter chocolate potato chip bark, cookies 'n cream bark, and a variety of spiced hard candy. Everything was so good, especially the potato chip bark - my favorite! It's a small detail but I really love the packaging on all their products. You can really tell how much love & care goes into them.

The flavors of their candy is the best in the world. The flavors are also very intense. Yes the candy is a little bit on the higher price but you will not regret it. The candy is all hand made which means that it is made with love in my opinion. My all time favorite is the chocolate filled peppermint ribbon candy followed by ether of the chocolate covered cherries.

The only thing sweeter than the confections were Terry and Steve’s welcoming energy!! … and yknow.. all of the lovely staff on site during our visit :)

Definitely worth the drive down from Ottawa, Canada! Will be back very soon!

Highly recommend! They have some of the beat candies I've ever had. But ive only had store candy but bever again they have me spoiled with there chocolate try the s'mores bark its chefs kiss . The tart and fizzy candy is very addictive you will go nuts over the filled ribbon candy the assorted chocolates are so delicious too. I will probably never buy from anyone else 😊 I have a bucket list anyone up for a road trip to New York. 😁

Ordered online from the West Coast after watching many, many of their YouTube videos, and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the candy and how quickly my orders have been processed. The Sour Hard Candy pack is my current favorite thing. Highly recommended, I think you've got a long-term customer from me. Thanks for being amazing :)

I ordered a box of the assorted chocolates and requested all creams because they are my favorites. I told them my favorite cream flavors and Terry was very kind and accommodated my special flavor requests to the best of their abilities. The chocolates arrived today and they are amazing!! The best creams I have ever had. I don't mind paying extra for a great quality and delicious product. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have not personally been there yet, but a dream of mine is to stop this shop when I visit New York State for the first time ever...but I still believe I can rate the atmosphere and service still.

Food: Wonderful and flavorful! What it states is what you get, and of course they have a whole variety of everything plus experimental new flavors!

Service: As I stated I have never been there, but I have had the opportunity to watch them on YouTube for many years now, plus their latest TikTok videos! They care, respect, and are passionate to this craft and their employees in every clip.

Atmosphere: Part of last section fits in this category, but I'll add in the time, effort, and skill they put into just shipping the packages. The items are shipped with minimal wiggle room for the items to break apart while shipping.

I know I can only rate 5/5 on their scales, but in reality it is a 10/5 stars. Please keep up the great candy creations, and continue enhancing the wonderful environment you already have!

Remember have a chocolate cover potato chip for the first time and it was mind blowing. Just never thought about sweet and salty when I was younger. The chocolate is very smooth and creamy. The chocolate can be pricey and it's really good very local. They do sell hard candies. Its a nice little store and easy to find the candies you are craving. Good place to get a Valentine's Day gift for your mom, dad, boyfriend, girlfriend and or significant other.
