My boyfriend and I went there for a fairly complicated transaction and Krista took great care of us. She was so helpful and competent and kind. I also got great service from Cameron at the Sanford ATT store when I called ahead. Thank you!

I've been a customer forever like 9 yrs! Added 3 lines to my account 4 years ago! My bills been about 220$ a month since.

I had a very bad experience with AT&T Customer Service over the phone. My service got shut off, even though I wasnt behind. I only had one bill due 257$ and it wasnt due until a week later. I couldnt even call 611. They kept dissconecting me.

So I went into the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Nate a rep employee at the Sanford Maine store. I had to make a reciew because this man helped me over the phone with customer service for over an hour! Being transfered to different departments, printing off my bills and receipts. Very helpful, caring, kind rep! He didn't need to do that, its not like I was purchasing something new. He just understood where I was coming from and took action!
I would 100% recomend the Sanford AT&T store.

Came into the store the other day, and was help by a young man named Nate. Nate was able to answer ALL of my questions. I was welcomed to ATT as soon as I walked threw the doors. He went up and beyond customer service roll.. I would give this young man 5 stars on customer service.. I will definitely be calling NATE with any more questions that I might have in the future. ATT is lucky to have him..

Peyton was great. Very knowledgable fella and had me outta there in 20 minutes with everything I needed done to keep working from home without any issues. Honest, too. Gave me some ideas on my next phone purchase since I'm still in 3g dinosaur land. Sucks AT&T shut down the 3g service, but whatever. Keep up the good work!

Allexis was absolutely amazing!! Helped me and my fiancé both get set up with a phone plan and iPhone 12’s, such a sweet girl and loved talking with her as we set everything up! She was beyond helpful with everything we needed while also welcoming customers walking in the door and training a new employee! Give this girl a raise!!

Cant say enough good about you Eric, you really made it happen. With the issues with our initial order over the phone with outsourced people, then not being able to port the numbers, you really kicked a$$. We were close to the point of not switching to at&t due to the issues, however your hard work and dedication to what you do and your customers interests really showed through. We put a load on your plate for sure and you’ll pulled it off like nothing.
Donna and I will recommend your store to everyone, couldn’t have asked for a better experience after all the issues we had.

Rose and Eric were extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my requests. They both listened to what I need and gave me all the pros and cons for several products I am interested in purchasing. There was no rush or pressure. I highly recommend this store over other ATT stores.

We've had AT&T for decades and used the Sanford AT&T Store since we moved here in 2003. More so in recent years as the children grew up and our plans expanded. The staff at the Sanford store is always very patient and informative with out all questions, issues and account modifications over the years. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else now! Thank you, staff =)

After having a horrible experience with the online ATT ordering process, I came to the Sanford store. The sales staff was awesome. They helped me get exactly what I was after, and explained everything without a ton of pressure to upsell. I will definitely come back when it is time to upgrade, or if I need something else in the future.

This was my first time in the store. This amazing young man named Eric helped me. He was kind, knowledgeable and most importantly patient.

I went into this store yesterday with my older brother, his wife and their granddaughter. My brother is facing major surgery soon. He has an old flip phone and his wife has never had a cell phone - ever - never mind a smartphone. The family needs her to be easily reached, and vice versa, while my brother heads down this unknown path. So he was finally convinced she should get one. Anyway ERIC was awesome and I’m sure our group will be one he remembers. He was so patient with 2 people who don’t even have email or own a computer. We had some laughs thru the process but he was so very patient and helpful and I walked out with a giddy sister-in-law feeling like it was Christmas and a brother that thanked me for dragging them there. Thank you ERIC for your amazing help. 👍👏🏻

Update, 5/2/2017 People are telling me my call quality is better. No insurance on the new phone, so saving 36$ per month. I'm very pleased. The camera isn't like the high end phone, but for this much savings, with better call quality, I'm very pleased.(the following is my original review)..Great Experience/ Nice Atmosphere. I've had high end phones for several years from Verizon. These phones always seem to start working poorly at upgrade time. I began to look at pre paid phone plans on each carrier...I noticed AT & T's pre paid plan was much cheaper. I let Verizon know I was going to be leaving and nothing happened to make them competitive. I went to this Sanford Store to investigate. It was a great experience. One of the pre paid phones they sell has a 4.6 rating but I didn't get that one. I was going to port (it's unlocked) my Droid Turbo 64 gig phone to At & T but decided to use the free Samsung promotional phone instead; just to try it. I took my first call in the Lowe's parking lot. The call quality was clearer than with the Droid. ....The next call was to my brother. The reception was better from my home near Robertson's Power and Sports than previously. The much cheaper phone has some features that make it easier to use than the Droid. I get 6 G of High Speed Data with auto pay for 40$ per month, killing Verizon. Better call quality. A much cheaper phone, yes it doesn't have giant storage like the Droid...The camera isn't as good but I can keep a point and shoot close if I choose too. My experience in the store was exceptional with Faye and Eric. Eric helped me save money on their $20.00 home phone system which I also bought. He set it up on computer, so all I did was plug it into my home system and I immediately had a dial tone. My friend Tom is looking at swapping from a different pre paid company to this one. He will get 2 more gigs of data and pay $5 less per month with auto pay. This is my experience. I enjoyed being in the store and I'm saving over 300$ per year in phone usage costs with more Data per month and a phone that has features I like better than my high end Droid.
