Found exactly what I went for. That's a miracle these days ... Upscale store in Mall, Y'all ... Beautiful , brand new Mazda Miata MX-5 was parked to me upon arriving at my vehicle. Jealous much. 👍

They have a huge selection of high designer clothing, shoes, purses, wallets and bags.. The fragrance department in both womens and mens is amazing. Their makeup department is huge and they still have the sample pallets, that most places no longer have. I could honestly spend hours in this store. The staff are extremely helpful. They were not bothered getting us things down or shoes from the back. The store is well kept and clean. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time buying a suit at Dillard’s. Mark in the men’s suit was above and beyond. I purchased the suit in the morning and explained to him I needed the pants hemmed by the next day. He was done before 5 o’clock the same day. I was even more surprised when I got home. When you purchase a new suit there are a few tags to be removed and a few parts of the suit that are sown together that have to be removed. He had done all of this and put the tags in the pocket to keep. It truly is the little things. He is true professional.

The young lady in Junior formal wear was incredible! My daughter had put a dress on hold, but I wasn't able to pickup by closing. Next day I called and she allowed .me to send her a picture of the dress, then she held it for me until I could pickup after work. A++++++
She was also super kind at the register!! Ty so much! 💜

Candy was so helpful with her suggestions. Had my friends looking all jazzed up for winter formal. Such cutesies. Absolutely love Candy and her impeccable sense of style!

It’s been a LONG time since I had been in Dillards. Took my granddaughter in to find UGGS! They had them, and she’s had trouble finding them in Knoxville. I was shocked at the size of the shoe department! It was huge! The employees were very helpful. Myself I have been ordering from Amazon for the last couple, three years, and gotten out of the habit of going to the mall. We need to keep the stores open, so we all need to be back shopping! It keeps people in work, it’s social for all of us, and retail therapy just makes you feel better. Plan on getting out more and shopping in the stores!

I think it’s absolutely amazing Dillards employs bra specialists and offers bra fittings to customers for free. The specialist who worked today, Kimberly, was AMAZING. I had all these bras picked out that I thought fit me, she came in and taught me things I never knew in my 30 years of being a woman. I left with bras I never knew could feel so good. If you have some time, go change your life women! And ask for Kimberly!

Great experience today. On of all days tax free day. Wife had a great fitting for Bras in the women’s dept by an associate and I was helped in the men’s fragrance dept by a super knowledgeable sales associate. We’ve also purchased Brahmin purses here in the past. Always a pleasant experience. They could add more women’s active wear yoga pants etc.

Went to the Dillards at the weston mall...what a great experience! The store was immaculate and clean! Floors were mirrorlike in their in how clean they were(kudos to the cleaning crew!) Kahn and Cartelli were very helpful and cheerful. Thank you for all your help!

The shoe Dept. Is great.Tammy in the Knox. Store is awesome.She knows what is good for ur foot. Love her..Handbags of all brands.

Very nice store. It has everything that I am accustomed to in the stores in NJ. It would be great if we could have a store close to Bristol, VA. It’s a 2hr drive for me to get there.
