Friendly staff...its going back to school time...yaay!🤣. A lady entered the store and walked passed at least 5 other customers including myself to return some shoes..but my hat goes off to the one employee who told her properly and nicely she would have to wait in line...blah blah...she left with a slight attitude but the employee stayed within his customer service guidelines and didnt waiver...thanks
