Had a tech out yesterday to replace a print head, dampers & cap top. His name was Saj, this guy is extremely knowledgeable and well versed with printers and support. I would never go anywhere else to get repairs done. He was on time and stayed till my printer was 100% working again. Was very pleased with the conversation and topics discussed in regards to printer technology. Thanks again Saj, Sign Outlet Store for the WIN AGAIN!!!!!

I just recently purchase a flatbed cutter with Sign Outlet Store. Kevin and his team have an abundance of knowledge in their industry. I spent a month researching online what I needed to buy for my application and couldnt find the right answer. After visting Sign Outlet Store in person Kevin walked me through each machine and how we could apply it to my business until we found teh right fit. Kevin has so much knowledge to share that I left knowing I could make a confident and informed decision. He worked with me on pricing to ensure I could save money on the purchase however it may be possible. His communication was great for the next couple of weeks as I placed the order and waited for delivery. We will be back for our next machine very soon. 10/10 experience all the way through.

I had a printer stop printing my orange ink and Saj was great on getting back to me right away, helping me to trouble shoot my problem. He then came out right away to fix my problem! It truely exceeded my expectations how fast they came out and helped me with my printer, as I am also quite a distance from their shop. Saj was also great for keeping me informed through the process explaining what was going on and helping me understand my machine and what he was fixing and things I could watch for and do to continue to care for my printer. I am truely greatful for the great service and time that was shown to me and my small business.

I have purchased several large format printers over the years. Sign Outlet Store has BY FAR the best customer support there is. Saj is an animal at getting you up and running if you have any problems. He remote logs in, takes over the wheel and gets you back up and running in no time! Sign Outlet Store will be my go to place any time I ever purchase equipment! BTW, my warranty was up and they still go above and beyond! Saj went above and beyond getting our printer back on track. He was prompt on arrival, explained why he was doing each step, and made the repairs efficiently! He spent the extra time making sure everything was back to like new condition and settings and printing like new again! We will definitely have him back for any future repairs!!

I recently purchased a used Roland printer and called for a service on it. Saj was amazing! He made sure he had all possible spare parts with him when he came, checked machine and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and made sure machine is ready for use. I would definitely recommend them and definitely ask for Saj!

Saj helped us out tremendously! We were having problems with our printer due to a bad print head and air in the lines and Saj spent atleast an hour or two trying to walk me through how to fix things. Once we realized it couldn't be done over the phone he scheduled us in asap and was able to come diagnose the problem and get things fixed a week earlier than he initially thought. He got us back and rolling super fast and am more than appreciative for all of the help from him and everyone else at Sign Outlet. Looking forward to getting the new V3 this fall so hopefully don't have to call the repair department for a little while.

I just had Saj & Diego come out on a service call for my VG2... I couldn't ask for 2 better guys to come and service my VG2.

They were great to work with, very professional and extremely knowledgable! They went straight to work and took great care of my machine. They walked me through some what they were doing so i could understand the VG2 more than i already had known. These guys are AWESOME!!!

Also, I cant leave out my sales reps... Bryan and Devin are always there to help me out and it is greatly appreciated!!!

I recently bought a Roland printer. Its a scary journey to embark on, but the staff at Sign Outlet is making it easy! Bryan was my salesperson and I love working with him. The ladies that I speak with for phone orders are a delight as well. I am making a few new user errors and I must say that my texh support agent SAJ IS THE MAN!! He is so patient and really goes over and beyond to ensure that I am operating without issues. Like.. give this man a raise!!! I am happy to know that once you purchase, you become family.
