Lowe's Home Improvement

We love going to Lowes. It's definitely a toy store for grown ups who are having fun doing projects around the house. They have great deals, friendly and helpful employees, and they honor our veterans by giving them 10% off most items. This store has lots of parking and includes items such as wood, tools, plants and gardening supplies, and much more! If they don't have it in stock, you can always order it and have it delivered or shop online and pick it up in one of their lockers. We're glad we have one close by!

We rarely go to this store but it was open later so we drove 55 minutes vs the normal 45 because we needed extra time to find the supplies for the next morning.
Not the friendliest service, Specifically at the customer service desk when arrived & paint mixing which was my last stop a few minutes before closing. If she'd asked me if I needed help I would have found the cabinet paint I needed when I looked earlier in the visit. She seemed preoccupied and put out when I asked to mix it.
Always good products and choices.

We had a leak in a tile shower, the gentleman didn't work there but was so kind and helped me and my daughter find the proper fitting for the new shower handle, he looked like Santa Claus almost. Whom ever you are, Thank you and may God bless you, 1000 fold..

It is not about the problems that happen as much as it is about what you do about it. We were notified that our in store pickup was ready and we confirmed we were on our way, After we arrived it taking a long time to get our order. Joy happened by and asked me if I needed anything. After explaining what we were waiting for she took charge and got us taken care of. What a great smile and attitude.

This is the place to go if you have questions about electrical needs. Craig, an associate in electrical, has 30 years experience as an electrician. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Great store and staff. Every time I have gone the store is rather clean. Lines can back up at times but they still manage to get you in and out fast. Most the staff is very knowledgeable about the products in the store and if not will try their best to get you assistance if and when possible.

Wonderful help in finding what I needed! Well stocked and some great deals!!! And price checking beat other local guys. Lawn and garden looks fully stocked! Lots to choose from! Halloween & Christmas decorations are out as well!

Went to Lowe's ... Gary was so helpful with our choices of our Bathrooms ( Faucets & Shower Heads ) He was so helpful with questions after questions for him.. Thanks Again Gary.. Lowe's Definitely needs to give Gary raise..

Leasa was great. She told us what kind of cleaner we needed, gave our little girl a wood kit and even checked us out. Her and her team were amazing. Love Lowe's in Madison.

Neil helped us find doorknobs, storm doors, and home security for clearance and discounted prices, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. He was wonderful to my son while we were there, too. Thanks, Neil!!

Had to buy paint, Went to home Depot woman was so rude in paint dept.I just st left and went to Lowes. Nice young man, fast service, perfect match. Glad I came to Lowes.

My husband and I went to Lowe’s in Madison, AL to get some much. While there we saw a zero turn mower that had a great price. We asked several people about the zero-turn, but unfortunately no one could help. Someone called Braxton, and he was amazing! Braxton knew everything about zero turns, good and bad. Braxton’s knowledge was so in-depth, we were convinced that we needed a zero-turn, and we knew exactly which one we wanted. Braxton told us about the Lowe’s credit card, which allowed us to take advantage of a significant discount and special financing! We are so happy with our new zero-turn! Thank you Lowe’s, and a very special thank you to Braxton for going above and beyond!

We had a young man help us with weed eaters. He went above and beyond helping. I wish I would have gotten his name.. He ended up having to get one of those lifts and get us one down from the top. He did a great job

I had to go to this store to pick up a few items. two of those items were one big bag of brown mulch, and one big bag of garden soil as I’m loading it in my car an employee by the name of Matt stopped what he was doing and helped me load these items, I very much appreciated his help. He is an awesome person.such a good guy so very helpful. Thank you, Matt.
