I love the drive up at Target. I have cancelled my Amazon Prime membership and relying on Target. People always friendly and you can’t beat same day pickup.
Best way to shop here is use the app, with best pricing, use a Target Red Card to pay, which gives you 5% off your purchase, and use drive up pickup to get what they have in stock at the store. No miss no fuss.

I went to Target with my teenagers. Did not bring my wife. We saved money. I do love Target’s amazing selection of lots of cool stuff, and we do shop here reasonably often.

recently had to return multiple items from multiple different visits and the guest services girl was so great at managing a pretty sizable line while juggling responsibilities (clearly short staffed after the snow days here) and having such a good attitude! 10/10

On 11.20.23, at the Ray Mears Blvd Target in Knoxville, TN, Lamin and Jesse were so helpful with my large purchase, helping me get it off the shelf, rung up and to my car. The entire time with a smile and in an effortless manner. I've always had pleasant experiences with your employees, but I felt I really wanted to share this one with you--even though it's over a month late! Thank you so much, Lamin and Jesse!

I love this store. You can find everything you need. The Clearance sometimes is 90% it’s amazing

Target is so clean and organized along with having a great selection of food and products and having awesome deals on a regular basis!

This place online and in store has amazing customer service. I order all the time and rarely ever have problems, but when I do they resolve it quickly and efficiently. I've only had 2 package issues over the years once was for a package that was missing something. They told us to keep it and sent us another, and a package that got lost by FedEx that they gave me a refund for even though it really wasn't their fault, it wasn't even within the return period but they still refunded it no questions asked. That's why I always go to target.com. most packages get to me within 2 days. Thank you for showing the rest what customer service looks like.

LOVE target! I spend way too much when I go there. But it's even nice to sometimes just walk around and look.

Elijah was knowledgeable and kind as he helped me select and find a carbon Monoxide alarm at Target. His expertise made my decision so much easier. It was late in the evening but he was right on in customer service. Then Isaac checked me out and I asked him to report to his superior about Elijah and he did another excellent job of working with me as he checked me out. There is a reason I choose Target and it is the high level of customer service.

Our local Target has the best team in Knoxville. Store is well-stocked, clean, and maintained. Ample parking & handicap accessible.

This was my first visit to this particular Target and I was so impressed with the customer service there. Every employee I encountered was so nice and friendly! I'll l definitely shop there again! It makes shopping a pleasure in a store like yours!

I only needed two items and I was able to get those brought out to the car without having to go into the store. It was quick and easy and with my Target Circle membership I got 5% off my order for my birthday!

I had been to 4 local stores and they were all out of a sale item. Finally, I asked Jasmine if the store would get any before Christmas. She went into the back and actually found one. I was elated. And, she did it all with the most positive of attitudes. I work retail for a drug store chain and I know what this time of the year is like. As I was leaving I told the supervisor I talked to, Chris, that I wish I had people like her working for me. What an angel!! Thank you so much.
