CVS

If it were not for Jamie Commuso and Ethan Fraco, I would not continue to go to this CVS. Their professionalism, customer service, knowledge, willingness to help, kindness, sincerity, work ethic, integrity, empathy and just wanting to make a difference in someone's day is by far Top Tier! I come in super early, and it's always nice to see them when I go to grab a red bull, or random things. They are just so kind. I swore by the 48th and O Street Cvs. It closed down, so it was 14th and superior, which I'm close to. Again, if it weren't for those two, I’d drive to 70th and O or by south pointe to CVS. Yes, I'm that stubborn and none of those stores are near Fallbrook, other than the superior store. It just shows, good customer service and professionalism goes a long way and can make even the most stubborn people change their minds. I appreciate them both. CVS company is lucky to have them! This is why I'm rating this store 5 stars. Because of those two. I'm not one to review stores and such often, but they deserve the accolades and to be recognized for what they do for random strangers in the community. Thank you Jamie and Ethan.

I just want to say thank you to the nice lady who checked me out today! My receipt says her name is Alaysia. She was the best! I did not have a CVS card so she pointed out the money I would be saving if I had one. She signed me up fast and saved me some cash! Thank you for being so wonderful!

I was SOOOO HAPPY to see the 4’ high, African-American Santa Claus at CVS! It’s about time!

Come on now, these people work very hard to accomodate the public's demands. Iv stood in line and cannot believe the demands the public wants. If the complaints r costs. I hate to tell you you r responsible for your insurance portion of what is covered. You want more pmt from your pharmacy ins you take care of it. The pharmacy does not need to hear your grumbling. I'm surprised the personell doesn't rotate constantly. My pharmacy is great!!!

So walgreens was being their same super slow but super packed pharmacy, I needed my sons medicine but they wanted me to wait in a ridiculous long line just to turn in the papers for the medicine, I went over to CVS I hadn't been there for a long time, I got to the window and the guy asked what i needed n he said yes just give me about 5 mins. I said really? He said yes we already have that made I just need to run it thru the computer.
Thank you Hiwad Dawary for helping me get what I needed and fast.. super nice guy.!

Always so nice and helpful at the pharmacy. I get in and out quick and can request prescriptions refills by text! They send a text back as soon as it's ready for pick up. :)

'Wow! This is the nicest CVS I have ever been too!' Said My daughter as we walked in! Very clean and well organized!

Best store in town. Everyone is extremely helpful when I call looking for specific formula for my baby and very helpful with all of my transactions. I have never had a better experince at any store anywhere!
