Love the photo department! I have made many personalized gifts through the store and online departments.
Had a recent issue with UPS shipping my product, and Misty, as well as her staff, went above and beyond to help me investigate the issue.
Misty was very friendly and hands-on in solving my problem, and allowed me to get my anniversary present for my wife on time!
Wonderful experience with great customer service!

I had seen some rough reviews, so here's mine. I got to the drive through at 353pm. I was 7th in the line of cars. I was through the drive through at 404pm. My order was complete and accurate, and the person operating the window was pleasant, professional and efficient. I was very relieved after the negative reviews!

I think most reviews is negative and people complaining. But you also have go see it on the employees point of view because they come to work knowing that people are going to be angry because they are backed up on people and filling prescriptions. if you notice they never lash at you. And then look at how you lash at them because it's their fault for not filling a prescription on time ? people be reasonable.

This store gets a lot of bad reviews. Mostly impatient people who think they can go get prescriptions filled over their lunch... just like everyone else. Than proceed to get mad when they get backed up. This is the only 24 hour store in this city so of course they are busy. All of the staff do a fantastic job of juggling everything all at once without snapping on people!

Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy for getting a prescription filled for my sister who has epilepsy!!! It was on very short notice, your professional staff was more than gracious but above that you seem to care about our situation, your staff worked fast to do what they could to help us, that isn't always the case at some pharmacies!!! Again we appreciate everybody and everything your staff did today!!!!!

My family is from Indiana and when we left for our vacation it was too early to pick up my son's Schedule 2 medicine due to what it is for.
So before leaving we got with our sons pediatrician for a hard script thinking if we had a chance at getting them filled then we would need them.
Started in Cortez Colorado, (again due to med type you can't fill ealry). So in Cortez they were nice, said they could fill them but didn't mention they didnt have generic and good rx "could not be used. So they wanted us to pay the $329.00 for just the 1, then I went to the Cortez Walgreens. Same thing...yes we can fill, get there and find out later that again they dont carry generic.
Now mind you I have been calling for days and calling g ahead of time prior to going in to the pharmacy to again find out that no they dont carry generic...price $276.00 for 1. Now we ha e insurance from the state we live in but they dont honor that outta state, and that's not a big deal we knew that going in to this vacation.
But this Walgreens in Lincoln Nebrasma was sp nice and patient.
They listened when we called so when we got there they didn't say they didnt have generic, they were fast and they made no stink about the writing that the 3 previous pharmacies wrote on them. Previously and then they were super nice.
My phone would not get service in the store for me to use the good rx, so the girl at the drop off window didthis on her personal phone.
Absolutely awesome pharmacy, highly recommend, they have me less trouble than my loal and I go there monthly!

I had never used the 14th & Superior Street (Lincoln, NE) pharmacy until last weekend and WOW. Your pharmacist, Kimberly K, is so professional, humorous, pleasant, helpful etc,. that I am willing to drive all the way across town for all my Walgreens needs. In my opinion, Walgreens is indebted to Kimberly K. each day she steps inside that store to work her shift!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, absolutely a pleasure every time I go in. I’ve been to other Walgreens and it’s not the same. The manager does a great job of hiring friendly, helpful staff. Thumbs up!

Always seem to find what I’m looking for so cannot complain. The store was fully stocked with items. Store had good sales on certain items. When ready to check out the experience was great. Store associates were friendly and professional.

The pharmacy at 27th and Vine dispensed the wrong medication yet again, so since this place is open 24 hrs I called them, they were super nice and actually brought me my meds...
