Good morning! I keep getting a notification to make a review about this circle k.... So here it goes. I do work here as an overnight Assistant Manager. This location has been through a lot of changes over the past few months. We are preparing to get hot food (pizzas, breakfast sandwiches, tornados, and hotdogs), cold sandwiches, and also we have a whole new team from new team members, a new store manager and myself being the assistant manager. We have been here since late Sept. We do hope those that have stopped visiting this location come and give us a second chance. To those that have been coming back to this location we greatly appreciate you making this your go to convenient store.

Stopped to get fuel and swap my propane tanks. Employee was sitting down inside, while playing with he phone. Told us that she can't go outside to open the propane cage because she was there alone. I get that. Asked for the key so I could open it, but nope. Said she has to stay in the lobby. Again, I get that but what does she do when nature calls? Pretty sure the propane company wants there product sold and the store owner wants to make money.

Rarely any stock on shelves, but always stocking totes on the floor blocks walkways. Everything is more expensive than it should be; such as Arizona ice tea which is known for being 99 cents, is $1.50. As well as wraps that say 99 cents on them ring up to $1.75. Never going there again and will do all I can to save others from their price gouging!

I literally just went 10 minutes ago and got a sandwich rushing to get to work and this is what I got. I’m going to get a refund, but this post is to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. The date on it says 7/15!!!

The absolute worst experience EVER! I filled up 15 gallons of V- POWER 93 unleaded fuel on Tuesday afternoon ($40.00). Upon leaving the station, I began to immediately experience vehicle breakdown. The vehicle was stalling, very rough ride, very little to no acceleration when applying my foot on gas. I turned the vehicle off and back on again at the very next red light. My car barely started. It was very hesitant and began to shake violently. I pulled over and called my service advisor at my local dealership. After explaining what took place, the service advisor said that I might have gotten BAD GAS and that I should return to the gas station, if possible to make them aware and also collect a sample of the fuel.

Long story short, I did collect a sample of the fuel and it clearly separated in the bottle. It was maybe 1/4 water and other contamination in the gas. I had to have my vehicle towed to the service center to be repaired. Joseph, the store clerk, started to show a little concern at first stating that the sample that I collected definitely looked bad. He called Sandra, the assistant store manager who arrived 30 minutes later. Upon her arrival she spoke to Joseph in a secretive and discreet manner so that I could not hear their conversation. Mind you, I was standing right there. This was very rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, she proceeded to say that there was nothing she could do and that her district manager would be calling me. I asked if I could have the district manager's contact information and she declined to provide it. Instead, she called the store manager and handed me her phone. The woman on the other end of the phone was very rude and insensitive to my situation. She suggested that I maybe had mechanical problem prior to buying gas or maybe I bought gas somewhere else.

To add insult to injury, they proceeded to call the Bartlett police to have me placed on a criminal trespass warning while I waited for a tow at my vehicle. This experience was most awful and egregious. I still haven't from the district manager. Oh and someone else reached out to me on yesterday in response to my facebook post and said that he experienced the exact same thing. He too purchased the 93 unleaded gas and had vehicle break down 5 miles later. He had to have his vehicle towed because it would not stay on.

Tried to enter the store at 7:50 pm on 5/15 and there was a sign on the doors that says closed for stocking.

Arrived at 2:10am. Pump tells me that it cannot process my transaction. I attempt to go inside to purchase diesel and the employee tells me that they are closed for cleaning. Absolutely terrible, if I am trying to spend money, how are you gonna tell me that I cannot purchase fuel.

This is the 2nd time I did not get the .10 off per gal. I paid for $40 worth, I got 12.072 gal.is what it stopped at. 12.072 x 3.24 = $39.11.
Plus the price per gal. Did not drop from 3.24 to 3.14.like it is suppose too. Whats up?
