The customer service at this location is above reproach. I had a package that for some reason did not make it to the facility in time for overnight delivery. Derrick went above and beyond for me, called and submitted an investigation and continued to track my package for 2 days and followed up with a phone call the following day.

Lastly, since my package was not delivered (This was not the local stores fault btw) He also took it upon himself to initiate a refund request with UPS and sent me a refund check. BEST UPS customer service I've ever experienced.

Staff is always friendly & professional, & go the “extra mile” with assistance. Will brought 50+ pounds of documents to be shredded from my car — and he offered, I didn’t ask for help. They are the best!!

My family has used the UPS Store on CR 210 W. in Jacksonville for many years and it just keeps getting better! The staff is knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. I recommend them to my neighbors all the time. Special “Shout Out” to all the staff, with an extra nod to both Jonah and Kiki!!!

I absolutely love this, UPS STORE! Always great service. Will…the associate behind the counter realized when returning my Amazon box, I had selected Kohl’s instead of UPS he quickly navigated me through canceling that return and setting one up for UPS in about 30 seconds. Will is on top of it!

Will helped me with my returns today and displayed amazing customer service. My Amazon returns had defaulted to Whole Foods unbeknownst to me and he walked me through the process of fixing them in the Amazon App. He was super friendly and helpful. I walked out of the store smiling. 🙂

I have been a customer at this store since 2019 and I love everyone who works here! Derek, Jonah, Kiki, & Brittany always provide top notch customer service with a smile; even during the most busy time of day. Their interpersonal skills and professionalism makes it a pleasure handling business operations and personal responsibilities.

I’m a frequent customer of UPS dropping off up to 20+ packages a week. They always take care of me even though I end up coming in at the busiest times. Shout out to Kiki for constantly helping me out sometimes setting aside a good couple minutes to find the perfect box. Appreciate y’all!

I am a frequent the UPS store on CR 210. The location is convenient, with the exception of the parking, and on my daily routes. It's the staff that make it my go to place for shipping and Amazon returns though. Kiki always has a smile on her face and remembers you a person not just a transaction. Jonah and Will are also very warm and friendly. They all are welcoming and I never feel rushed or an inconvenience for asking questions when looking for shipping options. Kiki has helped me more than once with my Amazon return on my phone when I had selected the incorrect option. If you need a shipping or return location this is it, the staff is why I keep coming back.

Logan took his time to help me with a problem while returning and help me to make the return. He was professional, detail oriented and very kind. An awesome young man and valuable employee.

Excellent customer service. I had incorrectly listed the wrong drop off store for my return, so Devin help navigate me through Amazon returns process so I was able to correct the issue. Kudos Devin, you are the best!!

I use this location a lot for business, and since I don't have a post office anywhere near me, they are always happy to accept my outgoing USPS as well as their product. I've got to know this staff well, and they're all yop notch. Thank yall for the hospitality! It means a lot!!

I was shipping a few large items for the first time and Will was very helpful and informative during the process. There was a line of customers almost out the door and he took his time to make sure I was taken care of and my items were shipped accordingly.

I am always at this UPS store and they are wonderful. It’s busy but they work fast and efficiently. The staff is always friendly and kind. Never had an issue with a parcel not making it to its destination.

I have been patronizing this particular location since I moved to the area over 5 years ago. The employees at this location are among some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly of any store I've ever used in my life. Jonah keeps a level head and a calm demeanor despite the store being packed with customers. Hannah is energetic and bubbly, quick with a smile and just as quick to handle business. Brittany makes the job look effortless, with a breezy and cheerful attitude that sets a frustrated customer at ease. The rest of the staff, with whom I am not as familiar, are pure professionals and equally worthy of praise. My only regret about this store is that I can't take them with me when I move at the end of the year - everyone should be so lucky as to have a UPS Store like this near them.
