Ibiley Uniforms & More

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you’re a parent going through the hustle and bustle of back to school, and you have been dreading going to get uniforms, don’t. I walked right in, gave the name of my school (brought in my own polos) and I got my patches in less than a minutes and it took less than 10 to get all 5 ironed on. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

Came in right before August. Quickly attended, got what I needed, and great customer service from a young girl that helped me out. Prices are reasonable. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Id like to start by saying this review is 5 stars mainky because of the Security Guard at the store this morning. Normally going there is very stressful, time consuming and the customer service would be a 2. However!!! That security made it great!! When you arrive theres a long line. Normally its horrible and the staff inside does nothing to help. This morning we arrive and lined up. The guard came outside and gives off school names whose items are sold out. Ummm. Wow! So those parents didn’t waste time. This Ive never seen before. Then when you finally make it into the AC and continue the line. I was confused if I had to stay in the line for patches to be put on an Ibley store bought hoodie. I asked an employee and she looked at me like the world was ending. “
No speaky Ingles “ she says. The guard comes over. Hii!! Let me help!! Like wow!! Thank you. He was assisting everyone. Answering questions. Asking the sales associate for help for parents. These sales associates need training. Please give this man a raise. My Mum and I were in shock. If the guard is there gooooo there!! Thank you Ibleys for hiring that man. Great service.

The most expensive place to shop for kids uniforms. They have 2 types of shirts with logos.
1) Value (House brand) around $12.99
2) Premium brand (Ibiley brand) around $14.99
Plus $3.99 for patches.
My daughter likes the Ibiley brand better. Me too after washing I hang dry and looks new. I decided to go with the embroidered shirts vs the Iron on (after you pay you have to wait a line to iron on the patches on the shirts) also the Iron on tend to curve and doesn't lay flat. Looks cheaper after several washes.
They have deals for like 5 premium brand with logos for around $87.
There is NO REFUND what so ever! I did bring in New with tags shorts and was able to exchange them towards credit for new purchase! ;)
It might be stressful to wait on tax break days but the lines are incredibly long but you can save some $$.
P.S. it seems 1 week after school started they only have patches. They have to send away to get the embroidered ones to the warehouse and it takes at least 14 days.

Great service and was quick for having long lines.

The first time I got uniforms was during the open house at the school.. it was great because there was no line but I paid full price. $280 later, I learned that the best is to fallow them on social media and to buy when coupons are available in May... I just got my kid's uniforms and had 20% off.

Update: now a days I buy polos anywhere and go to them to put the school logo!

Stop giving this store a 1 star because YOU waited last minute to get uniforms for your children. I also waited till the last minute like everyone else to get uniforms & I had to wait in line, in the heat with a 9 month old baby. But once I got inside, the staff was extremely HELPFUL and FAST. They are all doing the best they can. Be kind.

Shop online and pick up in stores is the easiest way. If you do buy in store, they are very organized and helpful. It can get extremely busy close to the start of school!

Yes , you will find here the uniform or schooling piece of clothing that you are looking for your kids! Got to be patient and request children’s outfits in advance and with enough time to meet school dateline.
Assistance is good. They take time to please the customer and prices are affordable, thanks!

Store has all what you need for your school uniforms, service was quick and inventory was fine. We will definitely return for all our kid's uniforms needs. Mary and Yanet were very kind to me and provided advise during the purchase.

I have been coming to Ibiley (the kendall store) for 5 years. I have never had a problem with their products or customer service. I just picked up 8 shirts I needed embroidered with my kids' school logo. I only waited 5 minutes to get my order , which came in 5 days early. I am always happy with their service. Perhaps if parents didn't wait until the last minute to get uniforms, they could avoid many headaches.

We had a great experience shopping for uniforms. We went at about 1:30PM mid week and there were very few people. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We love the premium polos.. the school emblems are stitched and so sturdy, they last the entire school year!

I want to start by giving kudos to all this staff at this location.Like many parents awaiting the school situation amid covid, i went the last Friday before the start of the school year.The line was as long as it could be and the heat was no joke. I got there around 1230 and left by 4:39pm. Yes it was a long and slow process but the staff was extremely patient and very helpful, one of the employee even came out to appreciate everyone’s patience and explained a little of how and why the process was that way, once inside they were very kind and helpful, i really appreciate all their hard work and professionalism !!

Easy to get in and out, at this time, parking available by the front door, no waiting line to get in or to pay, smiling 🥲 faces at the front of the store, very nice customer service and very knowledgeable as well. Excellent 👌 variety of uniforms. This store is hidden among other shops off the 128th street and 117th Avenue, across from the MacDonalds and a funeral home.

Great setup. Very organized and good quality uniforms. Staff is very helpful and keeps everyone moving through the line quickly. Staff was friendly and offered good customer service. Great experience.

Great prices and close to the turnpike. Usually not busy great selection on uniforms and always well stocked. I always find what I need for the kids. Parking sometimes a bit difficult but never the less a Great place.

I went to the location in120 street SW and got fantastic help and very good personal customer service. Parking was not perfect but I was able to park right in front of the store. I was able to find everything I needed for my son and their advise saved me some money. I recommend this store.

Order online! Quick and easy. I ordered in the morning and it was ready by end of day.
