I just want to thank Andrew and everyone there. I went in today with some horrible pain in my right leg and clearly in need of some good shoes. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable of my condition: Plantar fasciitis, and helped me find the perfect shoes for my pain. Seriously, I’m actually shocked at how well his recommendations worked. The inserts are a dream, dude. Thank you so much, I’ve had no pain since I put them on.

My spouse has been buying his running shoes at Runners Market for 10+ years, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I, however, hadn't taken the plunge to spend good money on shoes until this past August, and I'm so glad I chose Runners Market as the place to do it. I went in, pretty naive about what I needed for my walking/treadmill routine, and had a good experience with the staff person who helped me. Even so, when I took the shoes home and started using them for the same routine I'd been doing for more than a year, I had knee pain after every workout. I called the store and was told I could bring them back! Seriously, they took back $140 shoes I'd had for two weeks without question. Once there again, I worked with a staffer named Kevin who assessed my needs, looked at my previous comfortable shoes vs. the new ones that didn't work, and got me fitted in something else that has worked much better. (The shoes I got the second time fit and feel like a dream!) Kevin was so knowledgeable and understanding and just an all-around personable guy. When I need new shoes, I know I'll be back.

Great runner's store in Knoxville! Tyler did a great job talking me through each shoe and how it would help to improve my running. Will definitely be returning in future!

Loved going here. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was finally able to get a pair of shoes that actually fit me. For years I've been running in shoes that fit poorly, but now I've finally got a pair that I actually enjoy running in. I 100% plan on returning for my next pair of shoes and plan on recommending this place to anyone and everyone looking to buy running shoes.

What a gem! The staff was SO knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. Being new to the area, they took time to give us local trail recommendations and also were very patient in helping my new runner boyfriend in selecting shoes. The store has clean, organized, and had a good selection of quality running gear. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

After a very bad fitting experience I finally made way to runners market. Andrew was an excellent host and helped me get fitted. He was very patience and demonstrated great professionalism! For the first time in months I can run without pain in my feet. Being properly fitted is key guys! They know what they are doing at runners market Knoxville!

Had a great experience today. Emily worked with me to find the just right pair of shoes. She was very patient and knowledgeable. After about 12 pairs we finally found the right pair. I have shopped at Runners market many times, and will be back again.

I came in to get some help with picking out a pair of shoes for starting a running routine (I am 1000% a beginner in the running department!) I was scared it would be an intimidating experience for me, but the employees were SO kind and gave me lots of helpful insight. Side note, I also felt very safe as everyone in the store had on masks and were following safe protocols. Thank you again to Tyler for all your help! I absolutely recommend shopping here.

I came here looking for walking shoes to help with foot pain due to my newly found motivation to add a daily walk to my super sedentary lifestyle. Grace was super helpful, very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me figure out what would work best for me. I’ve walked about 8 miles total this weekend without any pain at all, so she was spot on with her advice! Also, their taste in music is superb and won me over immediately. Thanks for everything!

Needed help to buy running shoes. Have injury to foot and ankle. Tyler took very good care to find me two pair of shoes. Was very relieved that this fine family owned business was there.

I'm not a runner but I've been having some foot pain for a while now. The owner, Kevin, checked my gait and let me try on several pairs of support shoes before I decided on one. He taught me some stretches and even recommended a physical therapist in the same shopping center. Runners Market is family owned and very knowledgeable and welcoming. I'll definitely be a return customer!

I went in to ask about running shoes and was met by the most knowledgeable staff I've seen in a shoe store. They analyzed my feet and gait and brought out several pair for me to try. In the end I walked away completely satisfied. I have arthritis and other problems in my feet. So far the shoes are fantastic. I'm going to walk a 5k Saturday and feel like my feet will be ready thanks to Runners Market!

Been having trouble with heel pain limiting my walking time and distance. Narrowed it down to my shoes and decided to give this place a try after hearing some good things. So glad that I did. The folks were there were so friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Runners Market steered me toward a pair of shoes that give my achy knees great relief! I had stopped running because of knee pain, but now I'm back on the road - or treadmill anyway. They recommended a pair of
Altra running shoes and I love them. Will shop there again!

These guys are experts. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and both employees were happy to help me. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of high quality shoes available for all types of runners.

Always a pleasure coming here to do business. They know what they are talking about. I gladly pay just a tad more knowing I'm going to get a shoe that works for me. Their return and Exchange policy is great as well!

Awesome customer service. Walked in limping from plantar fasciitis. Was thoroughly checked and evaluated. Pain gone almost completely, once in correct shoes. They helped my husband as well. They mail me my replacement shoes when I need them. We will be stopping thru in couple days for my stepsons' shoes for the Army.....we only have one pair of feet to last a lifetime...
