I’ve. I’ve been an avid mountain biker for over 20 years and been to a ton of bike shops that I just did not like. Most bike shops are don’t like dealing with guys like me who do most of their own repairs. My tech was Kyle and he was quick competent and fair. Plus they gave me a beer 😉

Oh, I also love the fact that Jake is local and rides bikes in Evergreen daily.

The people that own this bike shop are the nicest people I have ever met. Not to mention very speedy in doing our repairs. Also, they were extremely helpful when we brought a friend there to purchase a new bike. They have the best selection of bikes I have seen in one place! HIGHLY recommend.

HUGE shout out to the crew. This was my first time in the area. They not only fixed a brake issue on my road bike (something my local shop said they couldn't fix), but gave me a ton of great info on the local riding. They really did help to make my trip outstanding.

The best shops hire the best teams. EBO is no exception. I’m a long time customer of Taylor’s and was happy to follow him over to EBO. Taylor is the most reputable, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful shop employee I’ve ever worked with. I won’t go to anyone else for guidance on repairs, purchases, and good conversation. I’m glad to see the shops got a sweet vibe and dedicated owners committed to hiring the most talented folks in the bike business.

First off, I have read through a couple of the "bad" reviews lately so I want to address those (from my point of view):
- One states that they were completely blindsided by the service cost after they picked up their bicycle and the person who helped her was not helpful in the slightest. She even mentions that one of the co-owners "begrudgingly" lowered the price. My experience, through several services appointments, is that the mechanics are top notch and always willing to explain the "why" behind the cost and the work that they performed. My experience with both co-owners is that they are "customer first" type of people. They have made adjustments for me out of their norm and they are just some of the nicest people I've met.
- The other states that no one greeted him/her when they came in and that it seemed like no one seemed interested in helping him/her. This couldn't be the farthest from the truth in MY several experiences with EBO. I'm newer to Evergreen and honestly I've always had subpar interactions with Bike Shops in the other areas I've lived. Not EBO.. Mike and Jake (owners) are literally some of the nicest people I've ever met and I am almost always greeted less than 3seconds after walking in the shop. Also, they don't always have what I need... but they are ALWAYS willing to try and find a way to get me what I need... or they are honest and tell me the best place to find it.

Now for MY personal review:
1. I never knew Tony.. But the new owners (Jake and Mike) are awesome dudes. They care about the biking community and they care a lot about the Evergreen community.
2. I've had to bring my bike in several times so I've gotten to know the mechanics. I blew a spoke at 2pm on a Friday but I had a friend visiting and we were planning to ride early the next morning. Russ told me he would take care of it and had it back to me before they closed EOD on that Friday.
3. I blew another spoke a couple weeks later and Kyle helped me that time. While he was looking at it he discovered my fork compression was all off... He had another mechanic take it completely apart, clean everything, then re-greased it. Not only was my spoke fixed when I got it back, but my fork never rode better! THE MECHANICS HERE ARE THE REAL DEAL AND SOME OF THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE WITH BIKE MAINTENANCE THAT I HAVE EVER MET!
4. Lastly - My mountain bike was stolen out of my garage recently. Jake and Mike found out. They spoke to one of their brand reps, and found me an awesome deal to get a replacement as fast as possible. Bike came in today and I have 100% confidence that it will ride amazing once the team assembles it for me.

All in all.. you can't find a better bike shop in town. If you ever have a problem with a service or interaction, I know they will make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible for you (AND they will make you feel valued after it's over). They will have my service (and all my friends) for as long as I stay in Evergreen!

The shop tuned my daughter’s Bike for college and went above and beyond. Fantastic job. Highly recommend this local shop for bikes in EVERGREEN 🌲!

EBO saved the day. We had shifter issues while far away from home. EBO took time to figure out the problem which turned out to be dead batteries in the handle bars. They easily could’ve told us we needed to buy new main batteries for $95. Instead they gave us the small batteries for free and didn’t charge anything for the labor. They even threw in free socks! They also gave us some great route ideas. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had somewhat unresolved issue with previous owners. The new guys Jake, Mike, Russ & their team took the time and showed me the problem with my chain on a Cannondale Tesoro e-bike. Fixed in less than 10 minutes, did a thorough inspection, and even helped me load and unload this beast. It now shifts as smooth as glass and took the anxiety of a possible chain break out of my mind. They will undoubtedly be considered the best bike shop anywhere within 25 miles or more of here. Thanks much guys !

These guys are awesome! They ordered and built me a Santa Cruz v10. The setup they did on the bike is amazing and couldn’t be better -super clean work. I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted the setup and they used their skills and knowledge to set this beast up perfectly for me. They’re Super nice people and everyone is extremely knowledgeable. When you deal with good people like this, you will have a good outcome. They can get you what you need and are willing to help. I greatly appreciate their riding/tech knowledge and just how cool everyone is here. It’s helps a lot and I’m extremely grateful for this group of people! Extremely glad they are here.

Omg Tony is the man!!!!! I brought in my steed for a new zeb ultimate fork and small tune-up....what I got back was a bike that looked like it came from the showroom floor. Tony, you are now the only one who works on my bikes!!! Ebo has my business for life!

UPDATE! Got new dropper, entire new brake system on an old marin Wolf ridge and tony is working on it so I know without a doubt it will be a safe machine for my wife, thanks Tony!!!!!
New UPDATE! Ok my wife's marin Wolf ridge needed a dropper and new brakes installed and whaddya know, tony did it all and I couldn't be happier.
Tony is helping me get my older bike to work great for my wife and he nailed it once again! If you want a place that goes the extra 10 miles then everygreen bicycle outfitters is my go to every time!
What's great is Tony never pressures u into buying or upgrading things u don't need.
Once again, tony and ebo have done me super solid work at a great price!

This place is awesome! I wanted to get into mountain biking during the pandemic and had no idea what to buy or where to start. I visited the shop just to look around and the sales reps were all busy, so Tony, the owner, helped me out. He spent a lot of time with me and answered every question patiently and without judgement or pressure to buy. I ended up buying a hardtail and then came back to buy a bike for my wife a couple weeks later. Because of the personalized service, when I was ready to make the leap to full suspension, I came to EBO and bought a third bike from him. Thanks to his patience and helpfulness, I won't buy a bike from anyone, but Tony.

Staff was helpful and sympathetic to my missing helmet situation prior to a ride. Got me set up and even gave me some Cliff Bars on the House. Thank for bailing me and turning my day around! Made it to the top of Evans. 😎

My relationship with this shop started this past summer. I took my old road bike in to have some work done to it and was so pleased with the quality of the work and service that I went back to them when looking to upgrade my rides by purchasing new bikes for my wife and myself. Tony helped me with the purchases and I couldn't be happier not only with the E-bike I bought for my wife and the Mountain Bike I bought for myself, but with the high level of post-sale service that they have provided. So happy to have found such a great full-service shop that can handle all my needs!

This is the best bike shop around. They do great work and have very reasonable service prices. We have come in a few time for an emergency repair before leaving on a bike vacation and they have been able to fit us in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest about what repairs / services are needed and don’t try to oversell you.
