Sorry I didn't get any names. But, each one of them made me feel welcomed.

I got 2 pairs of filas which should be about 100$ for 40$ . I had help when i asked for it it had so many choices i went for another brand but picked these shoes because i was going to have such a great sale. This place I will be coming back to it!

I had shoes just three months and the leather ripped on it and they replaced them. Definitely recommend them

Brought my wife for shoes, she has wide feet so finding shoes that fit her has always been a chore. She was able to find a decent pair of men's shoes for work, but she was unable to find a good pair of shoes in the women's section. The selection of styles is good, and the staff was friendly. One of the first businesses we have visited since moving to Ohio.

Needed steel toes for a customer visit. Displays had a very large selection and I found what I needed. Very reasonable prices to, way cheaper than Amazon. I would highly recommend if you need steel toes.

It was very busy, obviously, because it's back to school season. I thought I knew how to measure my daughter's foot, but it's not as simple as I thought. Even though the store was incredibly busy, I found an employee and asked for help. She was in the middle of assisting another family, but she asked me to meet her in a certain spot and she'd be right with me to help. I don't think I even waited 2 minutes. She was so helpful and understanding. Even though she was busy, she took a minute to explain that the shoe sizers in the store look the same, but are different and I was trying to measure my 7 year old on the womans sizer. I wish I would have gotten the employee's name. She was very professional, helpful, and she knew how to help several customers at once. She was awesome.

I was looking for some new work boots and the store associate Bella was very attentive and helpful for finding the shoes that I needed! It was very clean and well organized throughout the store.

They didnt have 2 pairs of shoes in my color or my size, the cashier had my shoes ordered and paid for to ship to my house in about 3 mins amazing service! I was already in the computer, so I just had to update my phone number. I always get DC court graffik in size 10 and they fit perfect every time.

When I say they saved the day... a busy work load, procrastinating & unforeseen circumstances caused me to only have 100 to get 2 pair of shoes and a bookbag(it had to be a Nike one 🙄)... lord and BEHOLD I went to shoe carnival and with their buy 1 get 1 half off and 50% off bookbags I got the last 3 items on my list and the kids are ready for school tomorrow!!! The store was clean the staff was nice and the selection was amazing!!! Thank you Shoe Carnival!!! My daughter loves her bookbag and my sons love their shoes!!!

It was amazing lots of things to choose from at a low price. And trust me they aren't rip offs. I bought some earbuds and they work like gold!!
