I had an outstanding experience that truly stood out compared to Home Depot; it was like night and day. Joe and Paul at the pro desk were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful. Their exceptional customer service made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting them for any of your needs—they really know how to take care of their customers!

some really good clearance in that respect a lot better than home Depot!!!! Last year I bought 3 10x14 sheds manager drop the price from 1200 Each to 450 for all 3 because somebody slightly hit with forklift!!!!! They all went together perfectly I banged the minor dings right out!!

I mean, what can I say? This is my first experience with ordering from Lowe’s. I need to buy some appliances for my home and when I got there, I was introduced with Elizabeth, who was very helpful even though on that particular day, I wasn’t able to purchase anything because I still had to find out exactly when I needed it so finally when I made up my mind Online, but it was giving me some for Elizabeth but she wasn’t there. The person That answered the phone Ended up, helping me with placing the orders and this guy Was phenomenal very helpful in every way his name is Mark. So we placed the order together and the next day I noticed that the delivery date was too far ahead so I ended up calling the store again and Mark picked up again and he was able to help me change the delivery date of June 26. He got it for me May 29, which was unbelievable with the help of Mark and his manager, I believe it was Dion, they did an excellent job.And of course Elizabeth too. I would recommend this store. , they did an excellent job. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs to go and purchase in Farmingdale. This is the best experience I had in any of the stores I mean I’ve been to Pc Richards Home Depot and nothing like this I would definitely do all of my appliance shopping at Lowe’s from now on.

Went to Lowes garden center in Farmingdale location. Very well organized plants looked well taken care of and healthy looking. Price is a bit on the high side. The inside of the store was not crowded and easy to locate items. Customer service was helpful to let me know what I was looming for was out of stock and directed me to another Lowes that had it on stock.

Their prices are very reasonable and in these days they have some deals. We always go there for hone decoration, home furniture and all accessories, we bought washing machines and fridge from there it was nice visit. We always go there and obviously must recommend, because their quality is also good with the price.

This is a big one! Great employees. Their garden dept is the biggest and best organized that I've seen between all the A ces and H De pots around.

I remodeled my kitchen using Lowe's in Farmingdale with designer Mark Prince. From June 2021 to Nov. 2021 Mark lived up to his name, he was a Prince, from design changes to installation of my kitchen he was very much involved. I selected Diamond Reflections, and though I had to wait 4-5 months for the product I was very happy. The Diamond cabinets all came in with little to no issues. My contractor also did a great job Jose Construction and the countertop/backsplash through Lowes was also a crowd pleaser. I am very happy with the products and service. I highly recommend working with Mark Prince, he is very customer oriented and very patient.
My only other recommendations is to see the stone you select for your countertops and if you go through Lowes ask for Marlin and Sergio to install your countertops they are the best!

What a great place, I want to thank the person who brought the items I purchased and forgot in my shopping cart to customer service. I came back two hours later and retrieved my item's. That was amazing.

I am very pleased with the help I received from Cheryl in appliances. I had to return a dishwasher and she was knowledgeable in helping me find another. Also the pick up and return staff were very pleasant and equally helpful.

Bought a new fridge here. Elizabeth in the appliance section was kind, patient and informed us of all our options when purchasing.

Everytime I go to Lowe's there is always someone asking do you need help. When I go to home depot I get the same answer which is this is not my department.

This Lowe’s is easy to miss since it’s tucked behind other businesses facing the main road.

This location has friendly, helpful customer service in the garden section. Good selection of plants, soil, etc, and a clearance section with quality plants. Checkout was a breeze.

The Farmingdale Lowes is excellent. I recently purchased a storm door at this location, and the Sales Specialist Htoo Tayzar went above and beyond to see that the door I purchased would best meet my needs. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions. The door was purchased on July 10th and picked up from Farmingdale store on July 20th by my contractor. Htoo entered all of the pick-up information as I had requested, and the Saturday pick-up went perfectly and quickly. He was available to take my phone call prior to the pick up as well. Htoo Tayzar stands out as a highly qualified and professional Farmingdale Lowes Sales Representative. Thank you!

Online Pickup Orders! They're great, max time I waited 8 minutes after checking in at the marked post. There's a redhead fulfillment employee that is wonderful and polite every time I pickup there. I bought a GE Microwave, it came home with no bumps or dents and works like a charm. I recommend!

I love the great deals Lowe's offers on multiple power tool sets. I'm was able to get four wireless power tools for less than half the price, including the battery. Thank you!
