Dave, the store owner/notary is an awesome guy, very fast and sharp. Saved my wife from deportation on false charges. An absolute saint. I highly recommend him for all your notary services. God bless this man and his store.

Read reviews for all the UPS stores close to me and the Depew location stood out as the best one to visit. Dropped a package off this morning and sales girl assisting me was very
knowledgeable and professional. Also store very neat and organized.

I have been to several UPS locations, and drive 40 minutes to this specific location on Broadway due to the outstanding customer service, clean space, efficiency, kindness, and care that I receive here. I can always trust that my packages and returns will get to their destination in a timely manner. I also had the chance to meet the owners (Steve and Dave) who are so personable and friendly. Been coming to this location since 2004. I've always had prompt, professional service. Dave (and back in the day, Mike) is very knowledgeable as is his team. Dave always has great advice. Glad this business has survived the ups and downs of COVID, the economy etc. I use them for shipping, printing, business cards and passport photos. Keep up the great work.

Super fast and friendly service.
I dropped off an Amazon return there and within a few hours I got a text from Amazon returns and said my refund has been issued. That is how fast UPS gets the Amazon. Unbelievable and I thought it would take few days to get to the Amazon facility. But it was there within 2 hours the same day. Wow!

I visit the ups store located on Broadway in Depew usually at least once a week. The owners, Steve and Dave, are extremely pleasant, informative, and go above and beyond to be helpful and satisfy the customer. It’s always a five star experience.

The nicest UPS store I've been in. Professional, friendly and courteous. For those who don't know they usually have a notary person at all UPS stores. That is very convenient considering finding one at a bank is near impossible any more.

I was there twice in the span of two days and both times Dave (pretty sure his name is Dave) the manager helped me and did an outstanding job!

I love doing business at this location. Dave the manager is always extremely friendly, patient and helpful even when I am unsure exactly what service I need.

I always do Amazon returns here. It is quick and I get an acknowledgement from Amazon right away. Friendly staff, too!
