Love the coffee but some people just should not work with the public Just saying

Nice location and beautiful store. Looks brand new and is very clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and even though they were out of what I wanted suggested something similar that was actually better. I will be back.

I've been coming to this dunkins for the last 3 weeks now and not once have I had an issue with my order nor have I had a long waiting time for my coffee's and food. The customer service amazing and they always have a smile on their faces. The early morning crew really makes my mornings better. I've been coming here so much that when I pull up they already have half my order ready. These people are amazing and definitely deserve a raise.

One of my favorite dunkins in the area and my dog gets to keep an eye on me making sure she gets her munchkin or hash brown. Great service and there coffee is always fresh.

This is the only dunks in Rochester I can go to. I hate leaving bad reviews so I don’t say anything about the other ones. Plus everyone’s having a hard time getting help these days so it’s probably not their fault they’re slow. But I go to this dunks cause it’s always fast and they always make the order right. And they’re super nice which is a great bonus. The girl at the window today recommended an awesome flavor combo and idk how I didn’t think about it before but it’s sooooo good hahaha. Thank you Pizza Hut dunks!! (that’s what my family calls it cause they all know to go to this one too lol)

Everytime I visit the Dunkin Donuts in Somersworth, NH I honestly have a wonderful experience everytime! The ladies here definitely know what they are doing! Taking my order in a friendly, fast, efficient, and happy go lucky attitude! They treat everyone like they are family! I now will not go to any other Dunkins because I know they will not compare to the service I get at this particular location. My coffee is always perfect. I don't even ask them to melt the sugar but they do it every time and even shake it also. I love the workers! Thanks for your amazing customer service! I'm a Somersworth Dunkins Girl for life. Thanks y'all for kicking butt at your job! ♥

The food is yummy and the service is amazing.

Everybody is super nice here, had to walk through drive-through because my big truck wouldn't fit through. They were really good about the food is awesome thank you very DD crew

Very personable staff here at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I had a great conversation with the staff person about what my drink needing a medium amount of ice and what it means to achieve a “happy medium”. She Said that all mediums tend to be happy, no? Touché, Dunkin Donuts

Omg SOOOOO MUCH BETTER THEN THE GONIC DUNKS. they have food, the coffee is good, people are nice and line is under 5 mins!!

I just stopped in there 15 minutes ago had the best wait time the best service and the best everything bagel with cream cheese I've ever had, thx for making me laugh
