Lexi is awesome.! She was so polite and patient to my mom who is a little older and needs time to get herself together. Overall great staff!!!

Great place with a very good staff! It's always busy because of the location but everyone is friendly.

While this pharmacy does seem to be understaffed the employees have always worked hard and politely. What I appreciate most is that they will fill your prescription quickly while you wait (15-20 minutes) and *usually* have my medication in stock (it's rare and most pharmacies do not).

note to CVS Corporate -- Get your people here some more help before you lose them!

I had an AMAZING customer experience with Kyamber. She was attentive and kind and patient. She helped me print documents at the photo center even though that was not her specialty area. She asked her superiors for advice and even helped me troubleshoot the machine I was working on. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Manager Allen. Seems as if the roles should be reversed. He insisted documents were not an option for printing and rushed me away to Walgreens. Upon my return from Walgreens and after informing him about his kiosk and showing him the offering on his website AND after trying to offer kudos to Kyamber he didn't acknowledge his error or apologize. No empathy or interest in learning was attempted - bad form! Customer sensitivity training wouldn't be a bad investment.

I love this CVS. I've been here a few times, but have just recently visited the 24-hour pharmacy. While I always get great customer service from everyone here, the phmarcists go above and beyond. Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, a pharmacist who was working late tonight. He was kind, informative, and really cared about providing me with the best experience. I will absolutely be returning and making this my go-to pharmacy. Thank you, Chris!

I got my Covid shot from the most gracious and kind staff. They were kind an nice and made me comfortable, in a trying situation. They get an A1A. I am so thankful for such a great staff. Keep up the good work.

Lol the people who post about how lousy the staff is should probably learn how to you know... Have manners because they're humans too, and will react when spoken to with disrespect, and probably will punch you in the face. But they know better because you aren't worth their pay. 😊😊 but everyone who works there is super nice, helpful, plus I've been going there for years so, I'm probably not going to change where I go either way. 😊😃

Basically I receive good service at CVS. Meds are ready when they say they will be and the staff throughout the store is always friendly and helpful especially in the pharmacy! Thanks CVS for being open when most pharmacies are closed :)

The customer service I received in cvs by the manager Chantel was top notch. I was having some issues with my cvs card (ecb's, coupons) and she made sure I got everything worked out.....she was awesome.....she's a cvs rockstar.
