Avery was THE BEST.
Helped me get not just my phone upgraded, but my whole plan, and my watch AND my accessories including new AirPods all with the best deals and prices for me. Helped me switch over to a business plan despite the ongoing issues with the customer support line, and kept us entertained by being funny and personable the whole afternoon. I specifically asked for his card to return doing his shift so he can help me further set up my phone and watch upon delivery.

It isn't often that I can State how positive and experience is in today's world. My husband and I bought new phones as well as a tablet. Over the course of three days going and coming each individual Kendall,Chase, and Conrad were outstanding in terms of their communication with one another and us. I highly recommend this store. They are remarkably capable, with their communication and setting our devices up...outstanding!

These guys are very on the game, helped me with some phishing, getting my phone up and running, we also purchased a WI-FI deal for $50.00 a month, the sprinkles and walnuts are extra though!

Erik did a fantastic job today. He helped me transfer my line from prepaid to postpaid and added me to a family account after multiple people failed to help over the phone and even messed things up for him. It took him over an hour but he remained calm, professional and patient. Give this man a raise!

i want to give a shout out to Ben with helping us to decide on the right phone. He didn't try to upsell to something we really didn't need. So refreshing. We have always had excellent service at this location on 124th and Dodge.

I called this store in advance to ask if someone could help me set up a prepaid phone plan on my existing phone. I spoke with Spencer he said he was happy to help. I made an appointment and he walked me through the setup. It was so easy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. His manager Shane helped in answering any questions I had. The customer service was awesome the store was clean and bright. Easy access right off Dodge street with lots of parking. Highly recommend this store and employees.

I had a great experience at the store on 124th and Dodge. I wanted to use my old phone but unfortunately I could not .They helped me through the whole process and made me feel like a valued customer. Spencer tried hard to make my old phone compatible but just wouldn't work. I am satisfied with my new phone! Thank you and I look forward to my new service! Mike.

Went in yesterday and was helped by Sky and another wonderful woman that helped me get my phone working. I'm sorry I don't remember the trainees name but she was just as helpful and pleasant as Sky.

California needs more people like Sky.

Great customer service! Had some issues that carried over from Sprint. Rachel, Osvaldo, and Thomas took care of us. Very knowledgeable staff listened and got it worked out. Left completely satisfied and with our brand new phones :)

We came in for a WiFi router. We were Sprint customers that have now become Tmobile customers from the merger. Because we are old Sprint customers getting the Tmobile router was a hassle. The mobile expert Christian had to call 5 different customer service people to get it set up for us. It was frustrating but he stuck with it and got it done for us. Christian is a great asset to your company. Thank you for you exceptional service.

Came into the store to check out options after ridiculous monthly bills with US cellular. Spencer had great energy and convinced me to switch to Tmobile. He listened to my needs, customized a perfect plan, and helped me choose practical devices for amazing prices. Every time I see my affordable bill, I will thank Spencer.

I’ve never been to a T-Mobile store ever! So I walked into this store and didn’t know what to expect. But I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Whew! Nothing like a Verizon store with annoyed looking employees and high pressure sales that I didn’t need or ask for! Gave me more of an Apple Store feeling like the one here in town.

Simple displays weren’t overwhelming or bait and switch type advertising.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because I was so tired of the run around. Both Spencer and Jessica gave me great service and explained the billing process(no surprises yay!). There was no pressure through the whole experience.

I was all set up and good to go when I left. My watch, ipad and iPhone Were all activated! Never thought I’d say I actually had a good time at a carrier store, but sure enough T-Mobile pleasantly surprised me!

Where do I even begin....everyone we have worked with at this location has been amazing! I had previously called a different location to ask a few questions, only to find out the answers given were inaccurate. To begin, this location is no where near my home, but I will always go here because the employees are very knowledgable, helpful and kind! I have been into this store on more than one occasion, but this review will mostly be in regards to the night I became a T-Mobile customer. I went into the store on a Friday after my kids got out of school (tired, crabby and exhausted from the week but I had no other option). Over the course of the three hours (continue reading as the time frame was due to Verizon, not T-Moblie) I was there, I worked with Nathan, Ben, Shane and Spencer. Each one of these guys are truly amazing to work with. Not only did they do everything they could to help me, they were also rock stars with my children! Becoming a T-Mobile customer was super easy and painless, minus having to deal with my previous carrier. Nathan, Ben, Spencer and Shane are the BEST guys I have ever worked with when it comes to phones/plans/services, and I actually enjoyed talking to them!

I came to this location flustered with conflicts and miscommunication I had having with my previous phone provider (that I won’t mention here). The staff was great, especially Spencer. I came on a Friday evening to ask some questions. But I had such a great experience with Spencer that I decided to go out of my way and come back to this location on Saturday. (And I live out East). Great location. Great staff.

Great staff. Walked us through the process of upgrading and listened to our needs. No pressure during the whole process. Dealt with Spencer during the transaction the most but everyone there is great. Tmobile coverage is improving in Omaha and great experience overall.

Spencer was excellent help while upgrading my iPhone today. Beyond 5 star customer service everyone on staff was remarkably polite (especially spencer) and will be headed back when I need to put a tablet on TMobile carrier!

Hassan is where its at! Went in as an old sprint customer (havent been in the loop since they merged) to get an upgrade from an iPhone 6. Hassan was avaliable and helped us out in no time. Explained the new policies and such as needed, but wasn't a corporate drone. We were in and out within 30 min with a new phone, contacts and everything switched across. Didn't try and upsell on cases or other junk which was super awesome, just was a great guy. Hes exactly what youd want when doing your business there. Ill be coming back when I need to just because he was that awesome.

My wife myself and our 20 month old stopped by this newest Omaha location. Considering our experience at other locations which were not pleasant, we did not know what to expect. We were so surprised at their professionalism, demeanor and upbeat personality. It was infectious. Beyond that are 20 month old having been cooped up in the car was a bit noisy and having fun. All the t-mobile team delighted in his presence and they were super helpful trying to address our questions. Retail Manager Jessica Haughawout and the team (Nathan, Mario & Mya) were awesome to deal with.

I would like to thank an employee named Max for helping me in this branch. He was super helpful and patient with me. I gave him headache, he gave me wonderful tmobile experience

I had a great experience at this t-mobile location. Mario was very helpful and patient when helping me with my new phone. The staff was very friendly as well. I will definitely be using this location regularly from now on.
