Walmart Supercenter

I found everything that I was looking for on my list and then some!! There was one item that I had difficulty locating. I found an employee who was able to find it for me. She and I ended up talking for 15 minutes about a bunch of different things. She definitely made my shopping experience that much more pleasant. I used the self checkout and experienced a problem. One of the employees came to my rescue and solved it for me. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience!!

The nicest Walmart in the Dixon/Sterling/Rock Falls Area. They have a Murphy's but the Murphy's doesn't accept gift cards for gas anymore.

Found everything I was looking for! It was moderately busy, but as I got ready to check out, there were 2 cashiers waiting at the front of their respective registers and lanes as a signal to customers. I love it when they do that!. I was able to check out with no line or wait, and the attendant was very pleasant!

Driving home to Omaha from Chicago, we experienced a flat tire that needed to be replaced. It was 6:45pm and the Tire & Auto Center was about to close. I called and spoke with Megan and she said to come in and they will see what they can do. I get there and Megan was so accommodating and the technician (sorry I didn't catch his name) stayed past his work hours to replace my tire and get us back on the road. Without them we would've been stranded for who knows how long. I greatly appreciate you guys and the wonderful work you did for myself and my family. Thank you 🙏

I've shopped at probably 50 Walmarts, and this is one of the nicest (now). Very spacious and welcoming when you walk in. Clean store and not cluttered like many are. Conveniently close to I-88 for travellers. Good shopping experience!

Love the Pharmacy employees, know them by first name basis, very friendly and caring and knowledgeable. They all go the extra mile to get your prescriptions filled or if you need something done pertaining to your medicine. They all deserve a great big pat on the back!! Thanks guys your very much appreciated!!

Cleanest Walmart I've seen in my life. The fresh produce quality ( I brought banana,pear, peach and cherries) was farm picked fresh. The washroom ( ladies) did stink. Loved the kids clearance and although not very big but quality was commendable.

I had a few returns, total under $30. Hassle - free compared to how the Portland stores do things. No line, friendly service workers. In and out in just a few minutes.

Due to limited funds and transportation issues, I have to shop Walmart more than I'd prefer to because I really disapprove of their labor practices, but I have to get prescriptions there, and since I'm indigent, I can't shop at a more ethical chain.

But I do get great service when I need help or refunds at the Dixon Walmart..

Workers in electronic have been very good at knowing their jobs. Bought a tv. Decent amount of cahiers when going, and friendly. Find what i need with more variety of several items.

Was just here getting my oil changed 06/26 the automotive depart. happen to be short staffed during my visit.. Which it ended up taking longer than anticipated, BUT a gentleman named JOSE made that experience a WHOLE lot better based on his customer service. GREAT EMPLOYEE.

Stopped here on my way to home and really needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and had enough toilet paper for me to use.
Had a please experience and on the way out i realized that you can buy almost anything at good price. Ended up buying lens cleaner wipes since i felt like i owned it for great bathroom service.

Had the best time there today. Even meet a lady customer I never knew and gave her a well need hug and a 7up bunt cake. Love nice strangers. There were a couple rude workers that need to put customers 1st and stop judging customers. We don't all steal u know!!!!

The man behind the counter yesterday at the walmart in Dixon where I returned my lampshades was awesome! Even helped me with what size I should get next. He was very pleasant and professional. I'm happy he was there. He made my experience so much better.

Very impressive covid-19 safety measures. Is a great store with terrific customer service. They have fresh produce and a huge variety of groceries. And while you're in there you can do things like go get craft supplies, bath towels, over the counter medicine and they also have a pharmacy. I have never had a negative experience and I have been going there for 4 years now.

Got our Covid update shots AND did our shopping.

I experienced a health issue and they offered to call an ambulance. Sheylinn (spelling) who works in pharmacy, jumped into action. She walked me to the bathroom and waited for me. I needed a change of clothes which she got for me. She walked me to the exit, got a chair for me to sit on while she got my cart. Walked me out to my car, loaded my groceries. She went above and beyond. I can't express how grateful I am and she deserves recognition.
