Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois

My sister went to this Goodwill and found a hoodie she LOVED, but didn't buy it. The next day I went back to get it for her, but couldn't find it after 30 minutes of searching. One employee knew exactly what I was talking about it and found it in less than a minute. So amazing and helpful!
Also quite clean.

Awesome building and huge selection, but they are a bit on the pricier side.. Just happy to see an old building that sat empty for years filled with a new business!

Massive store! It was a pickers heaven. I got a cute Full outfit. Bra, pants and top and a delicious candle for under $17. The staff was really nice and great customer service. We will DEFINITELY be back

This place appeared to be very organized. I especially loved the little book store in the back! Such a cute idea!! (Now if only they had a starbucks like B&N haha) but overall it was a pleasant experience and my cashier was also very sweet.

Found many wonderful items for gifts a lady's birthday 2 first communion gifts even something special for me !! Clean store sometimes items not priced is bothersome but overall recommended. For those on tight budget$$

As I was shopping my blood sugar dropped and I went in to the book nook so I could sit down for a few minutes to keep from passing out. I was in there for a while and one of you young ladies came in to check on me. She was very polite and helpful. I wish I of got her name so I could recognize as a caring young lady.

Went for the first time today, very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the store. Found some unique things at a great price! Will definitely be going back. Great location as well!

i love this place and i love how they keep the store clean and i love the emplyees and all the staff and they are super nice people and i like how they help the customers and they all have a good attuide and this place taught me how to learn new skills .

Such a nice store! The prices seem better than other ones I've gone to.

This is a drop-off only location. Its in a good area, clean and super fast to stop in and drop off those good items that still have extra life. The people come running to the front as soon as the door is opened, and can help take your stuff quickly and efficiently. Very convenient.

So convenient. Wheeled carts make emptying out car a breeze, and always someone there quick to help. Very friendly workers too. Highly recommend.
