The UPS Store

Been going here for years now. They are always pretty quick and friendly. Sometimes I think they are a bit short staffed especially for all the services they are expected to offer including things like Notary that can take a long time. But they always seem to do their best and get you going as quick as possible, especially considering the endless stream of Amazon returns they get... Though be warned, phone service is kind of terrible here so you should save those return codes before you get there.

First time using this location but wasn't sure if I should based on other reviews. With the price of gasoline I decided to give this location a try. I was given wonderful service by Jignesh, store manager. He was polite, attentive and upfront on pricing for packaging my item and then the shipping cost. I opted to wait and watch as the item was wrapped and packaged. Jignesh was cautious as he measured and wrapped the item first in plastic and then bubble wrap. As he place item in the box he ensured that the sides of the item were not squashed yet well fitted in the box. He sealed the box with plenty of tape to ensure box would not accidently be opened. I highly recommend this UPS location; price of gasoline, groceries, office supplies are going up. Glad we have a location here in Liberty Hill close to home to save time, gasoline and most importantly support our local businesses.

They have always been kind, courteous and helpful at this location and I will keep going back. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews as I have never had a bad experience, even when I brought my toddler in that had a meltdown in the store. They were still nice and helped me as I tried to deal with the baby screaming.

1st time into this location. The lady penny I believe that's what she said her name was she was really nice/ professional/ no wait at all in/out real quick .she is good at her job /had a smile on her face the whole time .I hope she stays at this location/ I plan on coming back .I had some work copies made /some returns to be done .thank you have a blessed day keep on keeping on the world needs some good people

The associate was very nice, helpful and patient with my many question about shipping to my son on top of the tons of Amazon returns I had. Will definitely be back

I have always had great service here with no issues or delays at all.

They are always super nice. Since it's a relatively new store you usually don't have any waits but I guess that luck won't last as their service is great.

I had previously given them a 2-star review when I experienced some USPS issues that later turned out not to be their fault (I thought they were not handing over the packages on time to USPS but tracking showed they did).

Rocio was very nice and helpful. She was awesome about answering all my questions and helping me find the best options for packaging. She is also spanish speaking. 5 stars for her excellent customer service!

I was very happy when I saw Liberty Hill was getting a UPS. I’ve used this location multiple times now. I love the convenience and the staff has always been very friendly and given great customer service!

I've use this location twice so far, and they've just been wonderful. I really appreciate their hard work, reasonable prices and speedy shipping during this past holiday season. You guys rock.
