The staff here is always friendly and attentive. The prices are comparable to the big box stores. I really appreciate having such a close hardware store to save time.

I've been coming here regularly since this store opened, and I'm impressed. The staff seem like genuinely helpful and friendly people, and don't over-assert their help or ignore people. The store is always clean and well stocked, and they have a huge variety of merchandise considering it's a small store. They even have a large garden section outside, which I love! If any of the staff are reading this, thanks for making Troy a better place to live! :)

This store has employees that are at the entrance just waiting to help you find what you need. It’s local, stocked well, clean and had exceptional service. 10/10 for our Troy Ace 🤩

Amazing place, and it's right around the corner from me. I'm restoring an old horse drawn wagon and this is the ONLY hardware store I have ever found that keeps the right hardware in stock(square head nuts the right bolts and square cut nails).

Very courteous and helpful. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for and they helped me to find it. Best ACE Hardware I've ever been to.

Safe place to shop, security is there and always looking out for trouble, never seen any.
