Thank you Haley & Riley! They have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They had to help us at this location bc the worker Trevor at the Knightdale location was rude, argumentative and refused to simply do his job. We bought 2 commercial batteries under warranty under our business account. Took the batteries to be tested and charged in Knightdale yesterday. He was rude on entry n then upon call back this morning he proceeded to lie , talk over and ultimately say come get your batteries, oh well, I will still be contacting Mr Spence Tom about him however- we picked the batteries up, came to Atlantic ave location where Haley tested them and saw they were bad. We left with new batteries from the warranty in 30 mins! Trevor completely lied about the voltage, the charge time and the batteries not being bad. If it wasn’t for Haley , Riley and this location- y’all would loose abundance of business especially business owners. Give Haley a raise- get rid of Trevor he’s ruining your location on the dirt! Customer service has always been key!

The employees are incredibly nice and polite. Ordered my car battery online and it was ready in about 24hrs. Installation took about 15min. Highly recommended!!

Old iphone wasn't charging. Manager first cleaned out the charge connection for no charge. When that didn't help, he then replaced the battery (some places no longer stock batteries for older phones) for reasonable price and the issue was fixed. Totally satisfactory service.

Ordered on-line for store pickup. At the store, the manager cheerfully bent over backward to straighten out a problem with the way I had applied a discount code that wasn’t applied correctly. My discount was applied at the store. The manager also answered all my questions. A very satisfying experience.

I made a few trips! But it was worth every trip . They went above and beyond customer service . Wade and Oscar . Amazing. Then Bryant angel pop in and sealed the above and beyond .

This was the best experience I had all day. Thanks to the amazing manager, I left with a $700 saving for a car key. I am grateful to you all for the professionalism shown today. I will be back.

My car's battery was not holding a charge. My husband was out of town and it was Friday before Labor Day. I really needed a new battery and the Atlantic Ave Batteries Plus came to my rescue. Even though the website didn't seem to show availability of a battery for my car, I called the store and was assured they had what I needed and could install a new one anytime that day. The transaction took no time at all and everyone was very helpful. I very strongly recommend this store!!

I went in the store for batteries for several watches. An employee greeted me as soon as I entered. She explained their lifetime warranty for watch batteries. They were quickly installed and “registered” and I was informed about how to make a claim in case I ever need to do so. The employee was professional, well-informed, and very helpful. I had excellent service today as I always do at this store. I go there for all my battery needs as well as other items.

My boyfriend and I visited this location to have our battery checked and possibly replace it. Antonio was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was personable and helpful. He even helped us get wiper blades which we hadn't initially gone in for.
Antonio is amazing at what he does. He even had a few anecdotes for us and interacted with us more like friends than simply a customer. He also assisted us with information about some future purchases we were considering making which put me more at ease with making a decision.
Because of Antonio, we will be returning to this location.

Incredible customer service! Antonio helped me with my car remote control. He did everything he could to help me troubleshoot my old remotes. Even if I had to purchase a new remote, the price was half of what I would've paid at a dealership. I highly recommend! Thank you Antonio!!

How are these people able to get such great employees? I went two other places first that wouldn’t even try to swap out my car battery and these guys did it with no problem and were super friendly the whole time. It will be my first stop next time. Michael helped me and a guy with longer hair showed him a few tricks to speed it up. Awesome team work and services.

Went to Battery Plus to get a new battery for my car.
I had a great experience there. The sales guy Antonio was very helpful, he took his time to explain everything to me and installed my battery with ease. He was a Life Saver for me.

Awesome Service!! My battery was looked like a science project growing crystals, and my new car was hit and miss with turning over. The kind man that helped us worked skilfully to remove my fused battery cables, gave a needed acid bath, prepped, installed, and protected my new battery from future acid issues. All this and 2 packs of batteries for the same price at I would only get a battery at auto parts stores. I am confident I would have had to go to a mechanic to have my battery installed if I had tried to do it myself. I have their batteries in all 3 of my vehicles now because of the outstanding service and superior product.

Very knowledgeable young man their when I went. He tried his best to have the bulb I needed, and they did unfortunately he couldn't order it because of some kind of a restriction by the his company he told me. When asked if any of the other stores might have or could order it that was also no.
Ill give Batteries Plus 10 thumbs up for Being open at a great time, for hiring that pleasant young man, and just for still being here to serve the community....
