I absolutely love this store But what makes it the very best is the people that work there. Terri is A top notch manager and Bryan is the best assistant manager on the planet. A management team does not get any better than this. Tiffany is so wonderful and helpful and always greets everyone with such a sweet smile. I personally work with Maddie and she is a wonderful hairdresser also. I have been shopping at this Cosmoprof for years and would highly recommend this location!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They definitely do as much as they can to help you get the results you want to achieve. Thisbsyore also has a nice layout. Wide aisles and plenty of shelves. The new manager Teri is awesome.

Teri is AMAZING! She is getting orders ready for sidewalk pickup SO quickly and was working alone. She excelled at sweetness and customer service. Even though I shopped by phone, I was still welcomed and treated like family. Thanks for your hard work Teri, especially during this crazy time. You ROCK and are appreciated.

I love EVERYTHING about this location, from the staff to the superb service. I've been shopping here for quite a while, but today I want to commend the team, on how they graciously adjusted to the craziness of COVID-19. They're always pleasant when I call, they always answer the phones (even if we may have to hold), and they are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. The ordering process via phone is as seamless as it could be, and they make pickup convenient. I'm certain, COVID-19 came out of nowhere, but they are handling all of this so well. Once we are able to return to somewhat normalcy, the team need a raise, and 2 weeks paid vacation atleast!!! Thank you to our frontliners at CosmoprofRaleig/Marketplace . #TerriandBrian

It's where I purchase most all of my Salon industry products. The people are fabulous and the products are on the whole salon exclusive.
