Wurth Wood Group - Raleigh

So as a long time customer I just want to share how great the service with Wurth has been. We always get prompt answers and our materials show up on time every time. But the reason I’m writing this is our driver has always been the model employee. Never complains, works hard, and always polite. We have to hand unload some of our items from time to time, Brian always is happy to help. We have had drivers come over and watch us unload our items before from other companies. Brian is one of those employees where money should never be the reason for him to look elsewhere. Actions always speak louder than words, and though we are the customer, he carries himself in a manner that shows he’s a hard worker. We at H&C thank him and Wurth Wood Group for your continued help.

Probably is not the cheapest place in the area but
Good products on finish stuff,lumber plywood ….etc

Great shop for Fine woodworking... The only product that I could not find was an inch and three eighths cabinet screw to hat are used for hardware. I currently install a JNK cabinet store which I would recommend to home owners and salesman alike, the product is Great...

I make skateboards as a side gig, and piddle with small woodworking projects. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Not to mention the Wurth products are top notch.

They have always delivered our orders in a timely and accurate manner. The sales reps are friendly and personable. No complaints.

I used to buy my wood here. But it seems they really don't want to deal with non-professionals. Have it your way, Wurth. I go to Gibsonville now.

2017 update:
Last visit was an improvement. Counter man was familiar as the guy who used to work in the warehouse. He's always been friendly & treated me fairly. It irks me though, that unless you have an account & know the secret handshake, you MUST PAY IN CASH. I'd like to see the figures on who isn't paying their bills. I'd bet it's more the "professional" who skips out when business gets slow. That said, wood (hickory) was better quality than I'd been getting in Gibsonville of late, so I'll probably hit the ATM & head back for the next load.

I'm a professional that sources materials from multiple vendors and found this branch of Wurth exceptional. I'd give it 5 stars if its location wasn't on the edge of civilization, it was quite a drive.
But it is a store for professionals. Its not home depot, so previous review writers that gave it low stars obviously weren't prepared for that.

Delivered particle board here. Receiving starts around 0800-ish. Once mty must leave due to lack of space. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Good direction but loading dock in back very tight for larger truck trailer

I’m sorry but closing at 1:00pm every weekday is probably convenient for the staff but not convenient at all for the customer.
