The UPS Store

I purchase a lot of things on Amazon, so consequently, I also return a lot of things. I am in this U0PS store at least twice a week and always get excellent customer service. The Manager, Dana, is always on top of everything, no matter how crazy or busy it is. She is very calm and cool and keeps things running smoothly. Even when the line is out the door, things move pretty quickly! I highly recommend this UPS location!!!

Dana is such an amazing multi-tasker. She handles multiple customers’ needs at the same time - all with a smile. Just walked out. She had a line of people, but worked so efficiently to get everyone’s needs fulfilled with a short wait. You’re lucky to have her!

New management within the last year has made this location a fast, easy, and fantastic way to ship. I come here regularly for Amazon returns and exchanges and the customer service is fabulous. Easy 5 stars

I had a problem with my printer so the owner said to email the label to the store and he printed it off above and beyond service

The people working at the UPS are the best! Always friendly, respectful and helpful.

On Friday 6/3/22 @2:16pm I had the pleasure of being helped by Jantera Brice and Gleniya Lewis at the The UPS Store #6198 in Chester, Maryland.

These two young women were and are always pleasant, knowledgeable and ready and willing to help with all needs of their clients. Not only are they extremely efficient in their duties they maintain a spotless and orderly store! They are an asset to the UPS brand and to the customers.

This is my go to store because of them. I drive out of my way 21mi because I know my packages are in excellent hands.

Very helpful! Easy returns from Amazon and friendly staff.

Great place with great service and fair prices. The staff is able to take care of the needs of the customer while dealing with all of the amazon returns that flood this place. Please , if you buy something from amazon don't wear it for week and then return it. This is unethical and increases cost for everyone thankyou.

I've frequented this UPS location several times since moving to Stevensville. I, like many others, have a real issue with Amazon Prime 🙄🙄
I come here mostly to drop off returns for Amazon and I've mostly interacted with Shantae (sp?) and she is always so kind and helpful. Been there when it is just me in line and other times when there are quite a few customers lined up and her attitude is always pleasant. Thank you for making returns painless and always being so helpful!

When I walked there was one getleman working the counter. Marcus. The poor man had a massive pile of returns piled like a mountain. He was a perfect customer service representative and stayed cool and respectful the entire transaction. Definitely deserves a raise.

I just wanted to express how pleasant it was to see that customer service isn't quite dead, yet. I went in today to send something to my son and the representative that help me (Sierra L) went over the top with her service and attitude...very refreshing. Not only this, she was the same way with the customer right before me. Great job!!

Just have to say that having moved from Severna Park to Chester in March, I couldn't be happier with the convenience, fast - knowledgeable - and friendly service found at this location.
I wish to give special kudos to Kelli-Grace who has waited on me many times and is always "on her game." She is the main reason for the above assessment of the store.

This place is always crazy busy for such a small island but I've always gotten amazing customer service! I've forgotten labels, needed more tape, and probably been a bit of a frustrating customer with my lack of shipping knowledge but the lady that works behind the counter has always been kind and gotten everything ready to go quickly!!

Honestly great service, I’ve never had to wait more than 30 seconds to ship anything - even when they’re busy with something else they make the effort to check to see if they can help me with anything quick/if I’m doing a drop off. Oddly usually look forward to my UPS drop offs. 😂😂😂

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. I have a bad back, and drop off boxes at least 2 times a week. The employees are always more than willing to help carry everything in for me, no questions asked

Every time I come here I am greeted with a smile and efficient service. Every single employee is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. A Ten!

Today, Chris was extraordinarily attentive to other difficult customer situations. I had a problem with an important fax which he dealt with in a very efficient manner. This was at 5 pm while he was inundated with customers and was working alone. Thanks Chris!!
