Went looking for yard stakes to secure a dog fence that seems to like to lean over more than stand up on its own. Quickly asked a team member where we could find them and they knew right away where to direct us. Quick and efficient process. Bought two kinds of stakes to see which will hold up better. Fast checkout. Great job today Lowe’s!

I'm giving them a one star because I bought fridge and it didn't come with the water hose even though I was told it does. When I called about it they said it doesn't come with it and they can take 5% off the hose. Even after they lied about what everything the fridge came with. They should stand by what they say and not lie about it to make a sell. Delivery person told me I was not the first one today that was upset that they're delivery wasn't what they were told.
Edit- I did give them one star but I called the 1-800 number and talk to someone there and they made a right. It's nice to know that someone in the company cares. Since they made it right I gave them a five star.

Placed an online order for some window screen kits and assorted parts. Everything I needed was in stocks and ready for me in less than 3 hours
I didn't realize Lowes had curbside delivery. I opened up the app, let them know I was there, and they had the order to my car in about 6 minutes. Way to go Lowes

While I often times overlook Lowe's and go straight to Home Depot. Every time I come, they seem to have what I need. I needed two very specific springs. I looked in every store in Rexburg and couldn't find them. I happened to be in Idaho Falls one day so I stopped into Lowe's and found them within 2 minutes of being in the store. Their app makes it really handy to find what I need quickly. Thank you Lowe's!

The staff at this Lowe's have always been very helpful and kind regardless of your hardware store knowledge. The prices are competitive and I can usually find what I need for my projects.

It's a pretty clean, decent store. Most of the time, employees are helpful and will go out of their way to serve the customer.
We've bought a washer and dryer from them, numerous power tools and lumber.
We had to get a lot of materials for our basement apartment.
Appreciate the ten percent veteran discount, but not appreciative that I have to pull out my license every time to validate it.
Why? So they can scan it. There's got to be a better way.

Jacquelyn and Greg are so knowledgeable and patient. They answered all our questions and just kept helping us till we found the right product for us. We will definitely be back with great service like this.

My husband and I are avid DIY'ers so we spend a ridiculous amount of time and money at hardware stores. There is no comparison between Lowe's and it's biggest competitor, at least not here in Idaho Falls. The employees at Lowe's are SO
much more friendly and helpful and the store itself is laid out nicer. And Lowe's has a traffic signal and a larger parking lot unlike their competitor which has a small parking lot and it's a nightmare to exit since there's no traffic signal.

Went to purchase a garage door opener. Found what we needed, and had the best cashier ever. Some days you just want to run from cashiers, but she was wonderful

This is a clean and well-stocked store. And the garden center has a lady by the name of Fran that is unbelievably awesome and her knowledge and her customer service.

Fast unload but you need to make sure you enter from June road and exit from that road. I made the mistake of trying to pull my semi truck out thru the front and it’s pretty tough.

In the history of appliance delivery and installation, I feel fairly confident there has never been a better team than Memphis and Alex

When you send a color-blind man to pick paint, you'd better do it at Lowes.

Admittedly, it was my stupid to send a friend for the paint for my garage. Who does that?!

Little did I know he's color blind and didn't bother to snap a pic of the color. The paint he got for me was somewhere between Salmon and genital pink. This color would be great for a maternity ward, or.... somewhere.

But not on my garage.

I was ready to kiss my 100 bucks on the two gallons of that nightmare goodbye. However I found myself cruising down 17th and after a lift and turn to see the floor of the back seat (at a stoplight, safety first people!) I decided to risk the potential shaming, and walked, one gallon in each hand, to the customer service desk

I still had the receipt and after a short discussion with the gal behind the counter, I had to pick my jaw up off the floor because Lowes gladly took the return.

I promised to never send my color-blind friend again as I triumphantly marched to the Valspar color swatch section so I could match my Pale Sandy Brown pic. I saved 100 bucks on new paint!

Incidentally, I spent the 100 on steaks and a Wal-Mart gift card for my friend to make up for calling him a dumb ****.

Disclaimer: All you color-blind people out there are just fine, I'm not judging you and I'm not trying to pick on you. Just my dumb friend and me.

Always have everything I need. Usually some sort of sale and always friendly employees.

I will admit that lately I have been going to lowes more often because of how clean, knowledgeable and friendly the staff is, and they carry more products than Home Depot has for about the same price. In my recent experience it was all about customer service. Had some general questions about LVP. Jacquelyn answered the questions to the best to her ability and then suggested a coworker of hers who had installed professionally previously if he could come over and answer some of the questions she wasn’t able to answer. Thank you Drew for all the suggestions you gave. I honestly wasn’t expecting the 10 minutes of them giving suggestions and answering the questions. @Lowes give these guys a raise for their work in customer service!

Wow! Me and my wife were lost in the plumbing section trying to find what we needed to convert an RV sink to a traditional sink. John walked up, saw that we were in the state of peril, and in 2 minutes had everything we needed and willingly and happily took back everything we had gathered that was completely wrong. Lowe's, in this modern age where you get the minimum from people, you found an overachiever! Thanks John!

Im doing a continous remodel. Very friendly service. Very clean, well lit and the employees are friendly. Grant always remembers my name and greets me when he sees me. They are lucky to have a guy like him that really goes the extra mile to help people. I have had great luck with their Idaho Falls and their Twin Falls stores.

Opens early and has what you need. Friendly people helped me out.

Came in for a dishwasher, a big selection, they had several on clearance, got a high-end dishwasher at a med price.
I like that I can come to a place that has salespeople when needed for answers but don't harass so that I can browse at my leisure.
