Greatly appreciate the girls squeezing Duke in today as a walk in. He does not love getting his nail trimmed by any means but they were both so kind to him and good with him. Would recommend!

We use their grooming service and Lexi is amazing with my older dog Taylor (13 year old mix) and slightly younger dog Tyson (11 yo mix).

They know when we get to the parking lot of Petco, they can't control their excitement to get in and see her, which is so great to see. That tells me she really does treat them well she likely gives them all the care she can while she's grooming them.

I appreciate her efforts and care, as they truly do seem to love being there with her.

Regan was great!! We have never had a better grooming service anywhere else. Our dog looks great and smells even better. Excited to continue to use Regan and get rewards benefits by going to Petco. Use Regan in the future you will not be disappointed by her services and professionalism.

We come here to buy cat toys, treats and to look at the kitties. I would not buy food here because it’s cheaper to buy most brands elsewhere in bulk. Good prices on other products and nice staff.

First time I’ve been there when someone approached me and offered to help, plus she was knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name. She actually cared.

I enjoy visiting this Petco, staff is always friendly and helpful. I used their self grooming area it's nice and easy just give proof of rabies vaccination and you're set. They provide shampoo/conditioner towels an apron and a dryer. I'd advise pet parents to bring treats/toys and any brushes you may need.

Got puppys nails tried, the service was great, walk in but no wait time.. Staff was very good with my puppy who was there for the 1st time..

Katie cares for my Hershey like she is her own. Her personality rubs off Hershey and she (Hershey) comes home beautiful and happy at the end of each visit.

First time in a Petco self wash station, and we loved it! We are new in Jax, so definitely we will be back every month now. The girls at the grooming salon cut her nails also and they were super super nice to us😊

Visited the VetCo inside PetCo, and the vets were extraordinary with our dog and took great care of him. I would definitely recommend the VetCo.

Love just visiting to see the pets before we finally decide which one to get.

I called to acquire additional pills for dixie . I needed joint pain medicine. They advised me to come and pick up extra pills.

This place is awesome!
First the vet, Thrive is so amazing, great service and prices. Seems to be a little short staffed, so there is a little wait sometimes when they are carry for the animals in the back, but everyone cares so much that they are worth every but of the wait.
Second, the trainer, Guy, is simply the best. My dog just completed the Adult I class. I have a completely different dog. She is now so much more behaved, understands commands and I am so pleased with the service I received at Petco.
Seriously this is the best place for pets.

Shirlyn and Angielee were so sweet and did a great job with Nash & Sebastian. It’s very evident they love what they do and are so kind to my little pups. I’ll definitely be booking with them in the future. They both listened to what I wanted for the cuts and did exactly what I asked.
Angielee was so great with my senior dog, giving her breaks while grooming and Shirlyn was kind enough to place my pups near each other in the kennels so they could see each other and not feel alone.

I drive almost an hour to take my fur-baby, CoCo, to get groomed at the Durbin Pavilion Petco, simply because of the professionalism and personalized service given by her groomer of 2 years,
Lexi. We both love her! The store and facilities are clean and all of the team members are super friendly!
