I always have a pleasant time at the store.
It’s clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly.

They even have a Medicare/health insurance expert that is there Monday - Friday!

It’s nice to have health and convenience located in one place.

Usually have good experience here using my coupons. This time was able to use my coupons to purchase toys to donate for Christmas so felt good about that . Used the self check out but clerk at check out made sure that I was ok and that I didn’t need any help.

New customer to this store. Excellent customer service from the people I needed.

I had a great experience when stopping by recently. It was close to the pharmacy closing time, and you could tell things were winding down for the day in the main section of the store. My little one was feeling under the weather, and we were simply passing by on Clark rd. I asked where I could find something specific the Mrs said I should get, and the clerk could not find it. At this point the pharmacy was about to close up shop, and the clerk asked them to help. The pharmacy team stopped what they were doing to help me find it, explain why I should try something different (it was less expensive too), and answer my questions. Normally this might not be worthwhile to rate and share... But you see so little of this nowadays, someone just taking a moment to help, after the "whistle has blown", that I thought it would be nice to state my appreciation for the team.

Great staff. Very personable. Pharmacy staff always greets me by name. Feels like the old school "mom & pop" type pharmacy in the old neighborhood.

I used to go to the CVS on Bay Road, but I like this one much better. 1st of all they have a drive-through and the other one doesn't. 2nd, every time I call in I always get a friendly person on the other end of the line who helps me with my issue. All the women we've dealt with have been pleasant and friendly, and always accomplish what we need in quick order.

Went in to get covid test kits. Asked about insurance paying for the tests. Paula spent 10 minutes with me and helped me get my free test kits using my mdicare part b. Thank you Paula.

I went to get my Covid vaccine. Beata, the pharmacist,was so knowledgeable and amazing . The pharmacy techs, Sara and Shandra, were also great and checked me in right away. (I apologize if I spelled anyone's name wrong). I will be making this my store/pharmacy from now on due to the experience I had today.

I short changed myself on my heart medication on vacation here from Massachusetts. It would have cost a small fortune to FedEx the pills to me. The lead phramacist talked me off the ledge and contacted my insurance company. Thanks to her, what could have cost me $600.00 was a normal co-pay. Bless you!

This CVS pharmacy is excellent. It has a very professional staff. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.
