Mistakenly arriving at this store on this end of CR210 two minutes before close, the staff welcomed and allowed me to fulfill my notary needs. Ana, Kylie, and Mikey devoted their attention to ensure required roles as witnesses and notary. Having locked the door while now performing after-hours service, the staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating despite whatever after work responsibilities awaited. This team was AWESOME!!! They’re now My Store!!!!

As an indoor environmental scientist, I’m heavily reliant on UPS printing / shipping services in order to make sure I can get my samples to the lab in a timely and efficient manner. That being said, I’ve used UPS stores all across the United States, and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Their customer service and level of attentiveness is second to none. If you need any printing or shipping services, and you do not use this store, you are doing yourself a major disservice. This UPS store and it’s employees are the BEST!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store while visiting yesterday!!! This is easily the best location in St. Johns… likely all of Florida! Such friendly, helpful service - I will definitely be back!

I return many packages to this location and I have never had bad experience. They have always been pleasant and helpful.

I Frequent this location for all my needs, mostly boxed metal parts or avionics that need packing and shipping. I Never had an issue with the condition of the item upon arrival!

Best UPS store I’ve found. I’m always greeted with a smile by someone willing to help. Staff is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful even when I bring in a huge armful of Amazon returns. Fantastic and great quality printing services and SO convenient. Love having this in the neighborhood.

Came in today to return and there was a VERY helpful older lady working. I didn’t get her name but she was the best!

It’s always easy and quick. Also very convenient because it’s right near my house. Workers are very efficient.

Came in for a notary and to ship an Amazon return. No issues with getting my documents notarized. I also brought my printed page with the QR code on it for my Amazon return and had no issues and was not charged any fees. It was very easy and the associate was helpful. Happy to have a closer UPS store.

We have been using the Rivertown UPS (along with the Julington Creek location) ever since we opened our own business and they are great business partners! John really cares about the customers and are they willing to remedy any issue. They take pride in the product they produce and really feel like a local business.

Outstanding Service and willingness from staff. Returned an item with personal drives on it by mistake rushed to the store and they were amazing ..digged out the box that luckily was not gone yet and I recovered 10 years of data... Thank you !!!
