I'd like to say that Andrew, at the 3600 Land o Lakes BLVD location, was a great load of help. Andrew assisted with my questions and issues on two separate occasions/days-- regarding my cars health inspection, my spark plugs and overall condition of my car. He answered all my questions and provided very through and helpful solutions with very clear and friendly communication. I'd like to say he was excellent at his job and I couldn't have asked for more help.

My toddler and I stopped by this store to ask for help with putting my spare tire on since I wasn’t able to do it myself. Adrian had no hesitation with assisting me putting the spare on and also made sure all the nuts on the other tires were secure because one of the bolts were loose on the tire he changed for me. Adrian was very professional and kind. And he gifted my son a toy car at the end which was very kind of him. It’s so hard to find great customer service but this place has always been great!

Went up and above in the process of cleaning the corrosion and the parts...a lot of effort goes into that!
Helpful in educating me on what the car needs and when it's appropriate, I feel like I know my car a little bit better now.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I was greeted the second I walked in and asked if I needed help - but in a genuine way and not forced. I was able to find exactly what I needed when one of the staff searched on his computer. He grabbed the item in the back and I checked out and installed it in my car in no time!

It's refreshing to have this type of customer service especially during the holidays – having to deal with a lot of people and stress.

I was lucky enough to be near this great location of this phenomenal company and their caring employees, JASON came to my rescue, i had alarming car distress symptoms with my vehicle and this gentleman calmed me down with his polite n superb car expertise, he took immediate action by coming outside with me and looking at my vehicle with me, solving my problems efficiently, assuring me that i would be okay n letting me know oreily as awhole was there for me, Thank you for being an all star in the parts industry n hiring great folks like Jason too represent your brand n greet the customers n making them want to return without a doubt in their minds, sincerely From Jarett C

Adrian was very conscientious and friendly. He set an item aside for me quoted me the price on the phone. I was surprised to find out that compared to AutoZone and advance Auto O'Reilly had the best price!

The staff here was super friendly and helpful when I couldn't find my make or model of car on the kiosk(they stopped eating lunch to help me) and a big thank you to the kind gentleman working who took my old wipers off and replaced them with my new ones. I appreciate your amazing customer service.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had such excellent customer service. I needed a battery for my car this was the only place that had one besides the dealership which wanted $100 more, an hour of driving and an hour of waiting. So I called O’Reilly, talk to Aaron and he said
they didn’t have it but he would order it and have it there by 7:30 AM. It was there when I got there. I walked in at 7:30 AM and my battery was installed and I was on my way by 7:35 AM. I saved time and money! Thank you O’Reilly!

Battery died on the coldest morning of the Century. Took it to O'Reilly's after work & the guy at the counter swapped out my battery in the parking lot, it must have been 40 degrees out that night. Took alot to get it out but he even cleaned the connectors and the holding bar before putting the new one in. Enjoyed swapping snowbird tales with him. Excellent employee!

The other day I was up early to get windshield wipers after leaving another store where an associate refused to assist me with putting on wipers. I went to O’Reilys and received great service. Dave Hiller was great he assisted me and was professional. He went out of his way to assist me! Thank you!

There is three nearby auto parts dealers. O'Reilly has become my go to place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always immaculately clean and organized.

They had a radiator hose ready by estimated time. Great service!

Extremely helpful staff, clean, and great selection of parts! I drive 20 minutes to get parts here just because of how helpful they are.

Went to buy some Wipers for my car and the employee not only looked up the models for my car but also recommended the best brand. He also was kind enough to Leave the register and go get the wipers for me.
