Oscar helped by installing a new optima AGM red top battery when Subaru would not, and he did such a good job I came back the next day and did my other car, too. It's so helpful to find an autoparts store that cares about helping the customer. This $295 battery was an alternative to the $1015 quote Subaru gave me which had replacing unnecessary cables and an interior lead acid battery. Thank you Advanced Auto!

Staff is friendly and we're able to hook up the computer to my vehicle to tell me why my check engine light came on.

I love this store. I love the staff. Always helpful, always well staffed. Never have to wait even for online orders. They go out of their way in customer service to help. They remember us and have good feedback. I'd pay more for the same item here than have to go somewhere else, including next door.

We bought a battery at this store with warranty but unfortunately the battery went bad when my husband is driving out of state and the other advance auto store was giving us a lot of trouble. They asked for specific info and which we did not have it. Oscar Coz was so patient and gave me all the info they asked on multiple calls. Because of his patience and customer service, my husband was able to get the battery replaced. Thank you!

This is my local advanced auto parts store me and my family have been going to this location for years always very impressed with the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful every time I go in. The store is always stocked up and if i need help putting anything i bought in my car they always help me out. Warning DO NOT GO TO O'RILEYS down the road THEY ABSOUTELY SUCK!! GO TO THIS ADVANCED AUTO PARTS THEY ROCK!!

Always friendly staff, been going here for 14 years. When they don't have the part I am looking for, the associates have it ordered and its spot on delivered on time. When they can, they replace my wipers, batteries w/out a fuss and they have competitive prices.
