Lowe's Home Improvement

Had a great experience today. We went to Lowe’s to look at flooring for a home project. Kim in the flooring department was so very helpful and friendly. We ended up scheduling a quote through Lowe’s because Kim was so informative and knowledgeable about our options. Seems as though it will be just as cost effective to have them do the install rather then us doing it ourselves.

As we were leaving there was a children’s workshop going on at the front of the store. Sarah noticed our kids interest and asked if we would like to join in the project as well. It was a fun experience to build a project together as a family. The kids really enjoyed it and continued to play with their kinetic sand boxes all day when we got home. Sarah took a family photo for us which was also much appreciated. The other families around us seemed to be enjoying the project as well. I think all the kids “were winners” 😎 even if they finished the project or not. Thank you Sarah!

I went to look at their pond supplies. They seem to have similar or the same stuff that Home Depot has... I have always been a Home Depot guy, mainly because there were no Lowes down here until recently, and that Home Depot is way closer to my house... Anyway, it's a big box hardware store, but I did get very good customer service while there though... He dropped what he was doing and spent at least 10 minutes helping me... That was very cool...! Keep up y'alls good work and go enjoy some nature today...!

This Lowe's has been the go-to spot for the projects my husband and I have tackled since purchasing our home. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

We have had an especially positive experience with Kent in the paint department, who offered helpful insights into our project from materials to technique and made us feel much more confident on the upcoming job.

Very helpful cashier, believe his name was Genaro, I asked about the locations of 5 separate items and he answered every question with no hesitation, and turned out to all be correct. He’s a GREAT employee!!

I like Lowes more than the other Home Improvement Store. Went in to get a drill press, web site said they had one in stock. But none on the shelf. I ask one guy who was working in the tool isle stocking and he told me nope none in stock didn't even bother to stop and ask which one I was looking for. My son on the other side of the isle found some one showed him the web site with a picture of the drill press. He pulled out his phone checked inventory saw they had one and found it on a top shelf. He went right up the steps and pulled it down and we were on our way. I wish I would have found a manager and told him what a great help the guy was. The other Home Improvement Store your lucky if you can even find a person to help you. I always have good like finding what I need at Lowes

We were interested in 2 different tiles and could not seem to find any help to see if they had as much as we needed when we came in last night around 615. We figured we would order them online to be picked up by our contractor but when we got home we realized one since it’s on clearance you have to go into the store to check. Paul called me this morning from flooring at 7 AM and he was already on my order getting everything ready for pick up. He was able to locate the other tile in question and put everything aside for us on pallets. I came in to help pick the grout and he was so helpful and organized. We will definitely be back to buy the tile for our bathrooms just because he gave such wonderful customer service.

A very pleasant experience with help from Teri, store 1935. She was knowledgeable, took me the right section, found the right product - for three different items.

I was trying to purchase something on my Lowes card and wasn't going through and I knew there nothing wrong with my card Mike Orland the to store manager was on the phone all day with these people to see why this was being declined he could have said to me sorry mam not going through but he didn't he kept working on it till he and an associate Deb figured it out literally took a couple of hours and he waived my purchase .He apologized for the inconvenience . We need more people like Mike caring and understanding Thank you Mike and Deb for going above and beyond !

Cecilia is one if the sweetest employees at this location. She is always smiling and helping others, she keeps everyone happy.

My DIY place to go. Only place I know that exceed others in appreciation of thode who served, our military veterans, including designated parking spaces.

Chris from flooring was amazing. Our second time placing an order to patch our carpet and he is so patient and professional! Excellent customer service. I rarely make reviews, but he went the extra mile to assist us, so I decided to go the extra mile to say Thank you, Chris!

Great home improvement store... Love the 5% off when you use your Lowe's card.

I’ve got to give a huge shout out to the appliance staff they were there on Friday 7/21/23. I arrived at my condo and my refrigerator had stopped working, and was basically rendered useless, loaded with rotting food, flies and horrendous odor. I immediately went to Lowe’s and low and behold, they had an excellent whirlpool stainless steel old-school top freezer that I like and it was on sale due to it being a return. I had checked two other stores, and nothing was in stock and had to be ordered, I needed a refrigerator yesterday! I quickly paid for the unit and they had me loaded and on the road within 40 minutes as I had to get back to meet someone to carry it up a flight of steps to my kitchen. The staff was helpful, thorough and had me back up and running with a little inconvenience, thank you!

Didn't realize that I could have blinds for our windows, cut to exact size. These folks have a really good supply and selection of styles in stock, ready to be cut to size for you. Also great source of any tools needed for home/business maintenance...

Jeb was wonderful! So helpful and pleasant! My husband and I haven’t helped like that in a while at Lowe’s or anywhere else for a very long time. Excellent customer service!!

Been here a thousand times. I do prefer them over HD, though it's further away. The staff at my store knows there stuff. A pretty nice garden center also. I've never had a complaint about Lowe's that I can remember.
