We don't leave reviews very often but our experience warranted one. We live out of state building a second home with Mastercraft. I flew in and had one day to choose all the options for our home. I knew what I wanted but Lisa Orgunov was there ready to help move the process along when I got stuck. She stayed on top of all my changes, which were many, and even spent extra time researching options to gather info and pricing for me. Lisa called to make sure I understood everything, answering all my questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Our selection sheets and design boards were updated constantly ( I don't know how she kept up with it). I lost some of the pictures I took of my material selections and she took the time to pull the materials and take new pics for me. Handsdown such a great experience working with her.

I worked directly with Lisa to pick everything out for my new build and she was wonderful! FHS has excellent selections from tile to flooring. I can’t wait to see the final product come together

We worked with Laura Hanna to do the interior design for our new home construction project. Laura was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. With her help we were able to come up with a design that is beautifully upscale and that also has a timeless quality that I know we will enjoy for years to come. We would definitely recommend working her and Florida Home Store.

Laura and Shannon could not have been more helpful. We knew we wanted to open up our kitchen to encompass our family room but had no idea where to start. They took the time to understand our personalities and style. Their patience and attention to our subtle cues was amazing. Frank, his crews and sub contractors couldn't have been more accommodating once the actual project got underway. The subs were great and worked with us to make adjustments as the job unfolded. We also had subs of our own and all were very cooperative working with their respective schedules. Hands down the best experience we could have wanted. The end product was exactly what we wanted with the design we could not have imagined with out them. We are very appreciative of them making our vision a reality. The value of having FHS handle your remodel goes beyond just the financial investment. Next up - our master bath!

We hired Florida Home Store in 2018 to update our 20 year old kitchen and we could not be happier. Like most home improvements, one thing leads to another and since then we have hired them to replace all the hardwood floors in our house, updated our laundry room, updated our pool bath and most recently remodeled our Master Bathroom. She always did her best to respond in a timely manner to us and never made us feel rushed. With as big of a commitment and investment that buying a house is, we were very anxious on some decisions. Lisa went above and beyond to explain things to us, work with us remotely, send us more detailed pictures and pricing.

The amazing team at Florida Home Store renovated 5 bathrooms in our 24 year old home. Their design team of Laura and Shannon gave us many options for timeless style and price. Our master bath is a retreat now that is gorgeous as well as functional. Our storage was doubled yet we didn’t change the size of the space. The other 4 baths are so beautiful and timeless, that they will still look amazing for the next 24 or more years. They offered us the most current options for making sure we won’t have leaks or water damage ever.
We found out during the demo stage of the construction that we had roof leaks that have been going on for many years behind the walls and have compromised the structure of our home. Their team of professionals were able to come in and tear out walls to reveal the mold and damage. They contacted certified professionals to remediate the mold and then their own team could rebuild the structures. The drywall and painting teams did a flawless job. We had such trust in this team that we had them do many small jobs around the house that needing doing, but we didn’t know who to call. Reversing doors to be more functional and installing a wine bar, I had purchased, into the space under our stairs.

What an incredible experience I had working with two professionals, my designer, Laura, and the general manager, Frank. Both went over and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I absolutely love my new, beautiful kitchen and flooring. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a fresh, new look in their home.

We had a wonderful experience with Florida Home Store (FHS)! The job was handled very professionally and the work was completed - on time- by a very talented TEAM of craftsmen (who showed up as scheduled) and staff who planned the job and insured materials arrived on time for the work to progress.

After years of dreaming of replacing carpet in my home, I found an engineered hardwood I loved. I found Florida Home Store on the flooring company website. How fortunate for us! We requested a quote and Shannon responded quickly. From the very beginning, FHS was totally professional. The quote was itemized so we knew what everything would cost. Because they do remodeling, they were able to do more than install flooring. We were able to add the replacement of the tile around our fireplace.
I could not believe how quickly the work was completed! Frank did an amazing job of scheduling all of the materials and craftsmen to ensure that the work happened very quickly. A crew (Unk and Drew) arrived early Monday morning, along with Frank, to move all of the furniture out of the three big rooms we were having floored. The flooring installers, Edder and Paulo, arrived while the furniture was being moved. They had all the materials needed to complete the job. By Wednesday at 2 pm, the flooring was completed. The craftsmanship was wonderful. They even covered the floors in paper to protect them! Mike arrived late Wednesday morning to begin installing and painting the quarter round. As Mike completed painting the stair risers on Friday , the moving crew (including another Mike) arrived to put the furniture back in place. WOW.
Another Frank arrived the following Wednesday, as scheduled, to install the new mosaic tile on the fireplace. He completed the work with very high-quality workmanship.

Everyone we interacted with in the whole process was respectful and multi-talented.
I am already recommending FHS to others!
