This is hands down my favorite hobby shop. And I’ve been to a ton of them! Doug and Michelle are the kindest most genuine folks you can hope to encounter. The shop is fully stocked with all types of cars, trucks, crawlers, and construction equipment. As well as upgrade parts and a new 3-d section that is custom printed on site. The partnership and more over friendship I have developed with them is dear to my heart. Go give them a visit and I promise, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. The short course track and crawler course have been a source of hours of fun for my family and I. Can’t say enough about how great of experience I’ve had at King George Hobby, from the first time I walked in the door it felt like I’d known Doug for years. Him and his wife Michelle are great down to earth people, David is also a good dude too. They are there to help you with whatever you need and or looking for, if you don’t know what you want or have a problem with something they will do everything in there power to help. If you have a problem with something you purchased given the opportunity they will make it right. Man what a great experience. If your into R/C or looking to get into R/C. You need to check out King George Hobby. This is not your normal brick and mortar shop/store with salesmen that tell you the same thing that's written on the box. These guys actually work on and drive what they sell and love talking about a good time. The R/C selection is is great. They have a little bit of everything for everyone with competitive pricing. Another cool thing besides the people is they have a track an crawler coarse. I could say alot more but I'll leave it up to you to go find out.

Awesome establishment, this place reminds me of what a hobby shop should be as an 80s kid.
Great variety of trucks, kits, and parts, there's a dirt course, plus they host events with a local crawler group.

I went here for a crawler competition. While there I talked to the owner. Very nice guy. This hobby shop is the way I remembered them being when I was younger. Not a corporate money machine. 100% recommend this hobby shop.

Great place to get your first RC or your 27th RC. Has a great crawler track and race track.

Amazing experience. First time we went there we were welcomed with open arms like family. Track and crawler course are well maintained and opened more than other local tracks. I’ve been here multiple times since and it does not disappoint! Doug and his team know how to run a great and successful business and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. It’s a must have spot to visit if you are into rcs and they have a wide variety of trucks to purchase (new/used). Will be back for sure.

What a great place to find RC cars without the unreasonable up charge you would find online. They provide RC cars, parts, and accessories. Everything you need! They even have a track in the back to race RC cars or climb rocks with your car. They have all sizes too!

Great experience. The owner was working on the tracks alongside his employees when I showed up. They were eager to help in anyway. Track and crawler course are well maintained and in the shade. Great place to go and have some fun. You can rent their cars and take them on the track before you buy. Excellent for someone who's thinking of getting into the hobby or wandering what they might want next. On site parts and repair. Cheaper than the other guys too I might add. All in all a great place with good people who love the hobby and aren't trying to make a killing. Recommend it to everyone to come on out and give them a shot. No track restrictions either. Run what you brung. The way I like it.

My husband came in to buy a RC truck and I have to say Doug was a pleasure to do business with! He made sure that we had everything we needed in order to have an enjoyable experience and took care of us like we were family.
Bottom line is this: Doug is good people and we need more businesses ran the way he runs his. We will go to him for all of our RC needs.

Had a great time using Doug's short course track. Has he has a great selection of reasonably priced and quality RC's and parts in stock. Doug is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will definitely be returning soon.

Had a great time today picking out RC trucks for my son and myself. He had a huge selection of vehicles ranging from beginner to expert to choose from. The absolute best part of the experience was being able to test drive to trucks, which helped us make the right decision on which type of truck to buy. I’ll definitely be back for anything else I need!

My son and I traveled over an hour to visit King George Hobby Shop. We were originally interested in the used inventory of rc cars because of the good prices. Doug took the time to explain the differences in the trucks and steered us towards the Redcat line where we saved money, but we received more product. The Redcat Blavkout SC Pro is amazing and came with a Lipo battery and charger. Doug even threw in an adapter we needed to make some old batteries work that we had. Within minutes Doug had my son and I on his dirt track running the new truck and my son’s old truck. I will add that this all took place within an hour of KGHS closing and at no time did we feel rushed. Thanks again!

Doug is such a great dude! He did great work on my truck, and has a ton of new stock at great prices! Not to mention an awesome track. So lucky to have in King George!
