The store has a great selection of products, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I have had a very pleasant experience at Toytopia especially services provided by Kalani. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something unique!

This store is amazing! A great range of high-quality open ended toys and amazing customer service. I go there at least once a week with my daughter and there is always new and exciting stuff. The store never disappoints and we always find something to buy. That makes my daughter very happy. It is a one stop shot for anything you might need or want for your little ones.
They even sell tony cards for all occasions. They are adorable.

Stopped by not too long ago to shop for my nephews birthday and this toy store is amazing! They have everything for all ages from games, plushies, puzzles, to figurines. Any kid or adult would have a blast coming to this store. I even got some Jellycats for myself.
My nephew loved his gift and would love to bring my other nephews and nieces. I will definitely be coming back!

Super convenient! Great staff and awesome interior design to keep the little one engaged. They had options that fit older ages like engine kits, and models too.

We almost had to leave because our baby had a “blowout” but they had a changing table, diapers, and wipes in the restroom!!!

I bought extra toys just for that alone! Kudos to them.

One thing to consider is the toy racks are very close together, so it’s difficult to navigate with a stroller, but it’s manageable.

Will be back for all my littlemans toy needs!

I live in Silverleaf and this toy store is the perfect addition to our growing community. They have everything for people of all ages. Books, puzzles, Lego, games, arts and crafts and the list goes on.

They also have fun events for kids so make sure to check out their monthly event schedules.

Great toy store! We were greeted by a nice employee as we entered the store. So many cool toys that you don't see everywhere! Definitely recommending for everyone to check it out!

Toytopia is a great place to bring anyone of any age! There are several things to keep your kids engaged and for any type of person! Aleasha is so kind and friendly and has wonderful customer service!

My family and I went into the store because we were curious what it had to offer and we definitely weren’t disappointed. We ended up walking out the door with a few new toys for our 5 month old and we will be back for more as he grows!

Very organized and has more eugys puzzles than one in Nocatee

Do not buy an electronic from this store. We have gone through 5 tonie machines in a matter of 1 week bc none of them worked off the charger. All the girls were very sweet when I returned them, no issues there. By the 5th tonie I basically begged to be refunded the $145 back to my credit card since this is obviously a different issue than the norm with their no refund cancellation policy, just store credit. I wanted to go buy a tonie for my son that actually worked, instead of having store credit & then having to spend another $145. (This total is with head phones as well) I talked to a manager named Tearrah & she promised to call me back to try to get me a refund on my credit card. Never heard back & it’s been a full week. She even told me on the phone that when she called the company, Tonie they stated that they aren’t supposed to work off the charger. That lie went through the roof whenever I told her we have another one at home that does come off the charger. We come in frequently and whenever I talk to one of the girls, she told me the manager told her it’s been taken care of with store credit already. Well, that was never relayed to me.. I wouldn’t have even known if the girl hadn’t been so nice to tell me. If this place wasn’t so close to us in Silverleaf I would never go back. It’s sad that the manager customer service and policies are the way they are because we loved this toy store and everything inside of it, even if it is pricey. Quality mattered more to us!

My son bought a toy. It didn’t work straight out of the box. We went to return it and were only allowed a store credit, no money back. Much cheaper to use Amazon for the same product and you can always get a refund for a broken product if you want it there as well.
