I have NEVER experienced as great of customer care as I did when I went to this UPS. Both Nicky and Neil were absolutely phenomenal and were able to accommodate to every need. I had to do fingerprinting and get a letter notarized as well as ship it all out and they got it done so quick and efficiently. They have the best customer care I have seen anywhere. I definitely recommend this store to anyone!! 1000/5 stars if I could!

I went to this ups store last week and it is the best ups store I have ever been to. I needed something printed over 800 pages and they received my email and printed it with no problem and bound all of my pages together to make a book. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet and I will continue going there from now on!

We love this UPS store. Neal and the rest of the crew are always so pleasant, professional, and helpful. Thanks to Amazon , I am in this store a lot, so the staff now knows me and my family. They always have a small treat for them and have even let them help scan our packages. My girls say they want to work there one day now ;) This store is run very efficiently, and we always get in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this location if you are in need of UPS services.

Everyone at this UPS location is incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They engage with their customers and always remember my name. The store is always clean, well-stocked, well-staffed and feels inviting. Every time I am here I see the team helping people bring in their packages. I also find it very convenient to use their notary service. Go see them :)

I go to this store on a regular basis and I am always met with a smile. If there is a line, it moves quickly and they always thank me for my business. My favorites are Nikki, Bansi and Neal. Know that anyone who serves you does it with speed and accuracy and a great attitude. You will not be disappointed in doing business at this UPS location. They are fantastic people and an asset to our community.

I visited this UPS store today and what a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They had the right boxes and packaging for me at a great price. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the experience and will definitely ship again with this UPS.

I am the supply driver for Biscuit Love. Each week we drop off orders here via Goldbelly. From the day I started, which was in October, everyone has been super friendly and extremely helpful with the drop-offs which has made my job so much easier each each week. Neal has an amazing crew at this location and I look forward to working with them in the days ahead.

Shout out to Hunter! An amazing employee and actually my favorite UPS store (Niki and Jayden) the store was run very organized during the holiday rush. When returning Hunter saved me a trip, suggesting I checked first before I brought a large item in, to make sure it might need a box, saving me $ and time.

I showed up with my box to return to Amazon but I lost the mailing label on the way. The lady Bansi was very kind and friendly and she directed the other young lady to print me out a new label for my box. All 3 employees ended up helping me with the project and they were very kind to do so. Thanks!

My husband and I drop off shipments probably 5 times a week at this UPS location. The staff that of Tony, Neil, Shiv, Bansi, Nikki, Jaden, Hunter, Shivani, and Cindy are always friendly. They provide exceptional service, very knowledgeable, and always value the customer’s overall experience. I want thank the whole team at this location for the hard work!

This store is always so friendly, helpful and professional. I shipped a high dollar item for repairs (a $10k watch) and Neil took me back to the back to watch him pack it up. He took loving care of it, and it made me feel good bc the watch has so much sentimental value. Thank you Neil!!

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist with whatever service you come in for. I’ve had a great experience using them for a PO Box, notary services, Amazon returns, shipping and more! Shout out to Nikki and Neil as well as the rest of the team at this location.

I love that this store is family operated. You can tell they are just good people. They work so hard/efficiently too - this place is always busy but I’m in and our within 5 minutes every time. Also, extremely friendly and kind to customers!
