Fast and friendly service. I walked into their shop with a label and an open box and they took it and handled taping it up and getting it shipped out the door for me! Much appreciated customer service!

Staff is well informed , they do their job without a bad, or, an I don't care attitude . I can track my package and it gets there on time and unbroken

The UPS store makes sending packages so easy. Unbelievably easy. And my local UPS store has some of the friendliest workers.

This review is long overdue. They have been taking care of my families printing and shipping needs for years. Last fall they helped with all of our printing needs for our daughters wedding. I needed lots of help since we were also working with an artist. They were so patient and made sure we were happy. We were so thrilled with everything. The other day I ran in to do some return shipping just minutes before closing. Once again they took good care of us, no rushing and with smiles on their faces.

Went in to ship a package and 2 Amazon returns around noon today which I'm sure is a busy time for them. Line was to the door and they had 2 people at register. One was a trainee so they were still learning. The other person was Super Riley. I seen her deal with 2 off the wall customers and never broke a smile. Printer went down for labels and she told trainee to take her spot and she would handle printer. She grabbed an iPad and cordless printer and came out to line to start processing returns. By the time I had mine done she was almost done with the rest. This is not to reflect speed of trainee because he was fine. This is to reflect the excellent customer service and speed of Riley. Not sure what she does at the store or her title but she should be doing more with ups. I wish all places had more employees like Riley. Fantastic job!!!!

I use Amazon regularly for all kinds of products. Returns are always easy and fast here. Employees exceptional.

Everyone at The UPS Store has gone above and beyond with helping me design, print and laminate signs for my job. The quality is always great, and done very quickly. I use this store often and will continue to do so in the future. I always receive a lot of compliments on the signs!

On Tuesday December 20th at 6:52 (just before they were about to close), I ran in with two boxes I needed to mail. Of course, they were for Christmas, of course I should have mailed them a week earlier. A young woman named Lindsey helped me, she was kind and patient. She helped me get the packages ready and on the truck that had already arrived and was being loaded. Both packages made it to their destination before Christmas! THANK YOU LINDSEY! I sincerely appreciate your hard and especially your kindness.

Excellent Service!!! Assuming this was a UPS locker and not a store I arrived to pick up my package to find the location closed. It was a Saturday afternoon and the store would not reopen until Monday morning. My package was a UPS overnight shipment of live aquatic animals that would not survive the weekend. I messaged the store through their facebook page and received a response within a half hour! They were completely understanding and willing to return and meet me to hand off this perishable package. Bryan and Griffin, thank you so much for going above and beyond! I am grateful for this kindness!

I had the best, most unexpected experience. Amy was terrific. I had multiple printing projects and she worked with me on each, giving suggestions and direction. She even recreated a wedding sign from a copy I was having printed and it was way better the the original (I wanted something to trace over so it could be painted). Then I showed her another sign I was going to order and she recreated it better than the original. Awesome experience. The staff was fantastic helping all the other customers while Amy helped me. Highly recommend this location.

I always have a wonderful experience at this store. The employees are amazing and go above and beyond to help me with my printing needs for my business! They take their time and work with me to get me exactly what I need. They even help with designing some of my labels. I don't know what I would do without them! I would be so lost if it wasn't for them! Thank you ups. If an employee is having trouble; another employee is always there to help them through. Love this store!

The employees at this center always go above and beyond! They assisted me with several items being shipped to the west coast and they arrived safely and fully in tact to my family members! They also do monthly color printing and copies for my homeowner association and help make my material look professional & presentable every time! I can't recommend them enough!

We've used UPS for many years in several cities throughout the state of kentucky and around the US. When it comes to customer care the UPS store in Georgetown kentucky is far above any of the other locations that we've used in this state or any other .This includes the lexington and louisville stores

The manager Jodie personally oversees most every transaction and gets personally evolved to see that the needs of each and every customer is met. We've seen this time and time again.

We've been in this store during the busy season when there is a line of customers that literally goes out the door and the team at this store keeps their cool, keeps smiling and serves every customer regardless of their needs.

So wether you need their parcel services, a mail box, printing, copying or a fax, (we've done it all there) you will not be treated better or find a more knowledgeable staff than at the UPS store in Georgetown kentucky.

Recently we were greeted there by kind young gentleman who took great care of us and handled all of our printing needs, so the next time in we complemented the manager jodie on her excellent choice to hire and train this guy who was so friendly and professional. Turns out that his name is Matthew and he and his family actually own the store, he never mentioned that while serving us. That just goes to show you just how kind and service oriented they are from top to bottom and across the board.

UPS should be very proud of this location, they are an asset to this community and an example of house usiness should be ran. They give true customer service. We recommend them to anyone needing any of their many offered services.

Easy in and out, but it was on a Wednesday morning. The associate behind the counter was helping a gentleman at one counter, and when he went to go get something from his car the associate popped behind the other register and did my transaction. Was finished before the other feller got back.

It seems little, but it's these types of gestures that makes it stand out. I appreciate it and will continue to come here when I need to.

The printing manager at this store is exceptional. She has helped with a couple of projects, giving me tips to enhance my work and really going out her way to make sure I was pleased with the results! Thank you!

The staff at this store is very helpful, especially Cheyann Lewis. I work with this staff frequently as part of my job. I do not need to explain to Cheyann everytime what I need, she has me committed to memory. She's so good she saw me walking across the parking lot the other day and had my purchase ready when I walked in the door. That's old school service, the kind you don't see much anymore. Now if they would only yell out 'Norm' everytime I visit...

I regularly make amazon returns here and their staff is always cheerful, friendly, helpful and efficient. I’ll continue coming here!
