Wow!!! Fantastic service from Bre in the bakery department. Asked her about Peanut butter cookie 🍪 'There were none out' She just had some come out of the oven. And gave me the BEST Peanut butter cookie!!! But she went above and beyond. Bre is a true asset to your team 👏

I just moved to Surprise from Indiana. This was my first time shopping at the Fry's on W Bell Road. I work off a grocery list on my phone and, at some point in my shopping I set it on a shelf and walked away. When I realized I didn't have my phone, I tried retracing my steps but was too panicked to find it. I ended up at the service booth asking if anyone had turned it in. The lady there took it upon herself to start calling my phone while a lovely young lady went down the aisles listening for its ring. She eventually found my phone and they returned it to me. I can't say enough good things about this store and especially those two ladies. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You have created a loyal customer.

Always clean and we love the new frys next to Wittmann. The pharmacy is polite and helpful. This new store we are all excited for. They have everything.

Great place and people!

It's a great local supermarket. Fry's usually is a great place to grocery shop. I used to visit here multiple times a week when I lived in the area. A little pricey IMO. But, they will likely have what you want. They also have an on-site gas station. If you're looking for a little less expensive shopping experience (Bidenflation is hitting everything at the time of this review) there's a Walmart marketplace on Greenway. If you're looking for a little bit more than just groceries, there's a couple of Walmarts a short drive in each direction.

The lady that works In customer service is very rude and didn't let me use my frys card so I can get the cigarettes I wanted that were on sale and when I told as nother employees about how rude she was to me as she was too busy talking to another employee very unprofessional....a

Our nearest Frys, so I shop here often. The store is always clean, neat & organized. They must patrol the parking lot frequently, as there are not too many empty carts scattered around, & not much litter either. The store is well stocked, & the staff is usually friendly & helpful.

Wow, yes amazing store. Lots of good products. The Kroger brand products are often very good at a better price than the name brands. Their bbq chicken pizza for example is yummy and better than Trader Joe's version. Worst thing about the store is the funky parking lot access and then just that its so big you end up spending more time there then you would think you would.
