Went into the UPS to get mail sent out and Evelyn helped us out and gave us a great experience with the UPS store gave her a five-star out of five star she made you feel like you were her friend and helped us out really appreciate everything that she did for us!

Ashley the manager is great with people.
Very nice and goes out of her way to make her customers feel important.
The owner is not a people person at all.
Never smiles and makes step some more difficult than what they have to be.
Thank goodness for Ashley !

The employee Elliot was extremely helpful to me when I messed up paperwork and needed it to be re-printed before it could be notarized. I really appreciated it.

I’ve used this location for several returns, and they are all so helpful and make the process easy. Even if I didn’t have packaging for the returns, they did and it was much cheaper than using other services. The employees are all smiles and willing to help with anything, even printing shipping labels! Thank you guys for everything and being so awesome.

I came into the store to print and fax some things. Who knew UPS could make my day 😂 When I walked in, everyone said hi and made sure to be soooooooooooo helpful. You guys are great and I really appreciate the kindness your whole store had! I was thinking about your customer service all day! I even told my family how happy you guys made me with your smiles, thankyou for your attributes!

Absolutely, the most caring staff, and extremely attentive and knowledgeable. We were moving here from out of state and had difficulty setting up a mailbox with the United States Postal Service. Talk about an exercise in frustration! After I pressed 1, pressed 3, pressed 5, press 2, and still could not get a human being, I decided to call this store thinking it could not possibly be that difficult to set up a place to forward our mail.

Both Crystal and Ashley were extremely helpful and worked with me to do everything over the phone and via email. There were forms that needed to be completed and notarized and they walked me through every step. These ladies were both professional and efficient and things went better than I could have expected! I could not wait to arrive in town to in to meet the people that had been so helpful.

I have now met both Crystal and Ashley as well as Jay and Debrorah. These employees truly care about their jobs and are quick to assist if you need any help at all. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I just called to inquire about shipping an antique chair. I spoke with Amy, and she was wonderful, very honest about what they could and could not do and gave me information that is helpful to me.
I have not physically been into this location but based on my phone experience just now I would highly recommend their store.

I had a few thing that I needed to complete (not just shipping). They were super nice and very quick! It can become quite busy there however they take care of customers with care.

The staff at UPS is terrific and professional. Everything is done quickly and always with a smile. We appreciated all they did to make our move to Arizona a smooth one. Convenient location is a bonus. I want to work there and be a part of their fun team.

Every time I come in it’s so friendly , fast , convent, no lines, effient... I could go on and on! I get my fingerprints done here for a dispensary job and 1 time I had an issue that was time sensitive, they called me on my personal number to make sure they fixed my issue ASAP waived the fee and got my prints on time! They probably will remember me, the awesome girl up front don’t remember her name , yong girl , brown hair in a pint tail, seriously is on point and every time!!! Love this place!

Best place in town for all your shipping needs, copies, fax, shredding, mail box options.

The best part is everyone is the most friendliest and helpful people to serve you whatever you may need that they offer. I love all the ladies because where most won’t, the ladies here will open my mail while I’m out of town and scan what I need to pay bills so I can stay on top of things till I return home.

These people work quickly and all professionally. My packages i sent out were always delivered on the date they said it would arrive. Always friendly and always nice smiles. Its a real pleasure to do business with these people.

Lisa and the team at the Surprise UPS Store have been taking care of my printing needs for several years. I've challenged them with Christmas cards featuring a photo from the Grand Canyon for the last four years. They come out great every time! I used to sell real estate and created flyers for marketing. The gang printed them for me at a nominal fee, along with others! I love to drop in on them when I come to town - and I am always warmly greeted with smiles and a hug. It doesn't get much better than that!

ZACHARY: thanks for saving me $15 on my fingerprinting service. I had to call PrintScan customer service and relay that this UPS store uses Live Scan fingerprinting services, but eventually they refunded my $50 charge (with a piss-poor attitude).

Thanks for getting me in and out for this (less than 10 min) with hardcopies of the cards I needed. And you can get me additional reprints for 45 days!

We had 6 boxes sent from the Surprise UPS store in Phoenix Az the end of March. All 6 boxes arrived damaged. A special figurine in one of the boxes was broken. One of the employees in that store was very helpful in getting the insurance paid for the damage. She was excellent to work with. Thank you.

It was easy, I needed to fax some paperwork before when I was working I just go to the fax machine and fax. Now didn't know were to go ,the library,the city hall wait the UPS store!
Walked in and there was line. 6 deep I say to myself I don't have for this. Before I know it,it's my turn. Wow that's fast.
The only way to go, UPS, does labels,faxing,coping, pass port photos, oh shipping too.

I have been a box holder for many years. Since Lisa and her team have taken over this store the service has been outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and prompt. I give this store 5 stars!
