My packages have always been delivered on time. And all of the employees at this location are extremely nice. They're super busy, but always have a smile on their faces. I really enjoy interacting with them. I'm at that location often, and I'm always greeted with smiles.

This staff is the BEST! They are always so helpful and patient with my amazon returns! The nice thing is they have been the same crew for awhile now too.

Yes, there are busy times here. Staff works through the rush as very professional humans. Try smiling and thanking them for the hours they put up with grumpy customers.

All the staff are always very helpful and courteous. I went in today to fax something that had a deadline and they helped me immediately. Unfortunately the fax number was busy and it didn't go thru, I expected them to charge me for the report that was printed out but they didnt.

Even though the store was busy, they got you in and got you out in a very professional manner.

I was assisted by Guzzie Harris. She was extremely helpful assisting me with an Amazon return. Great attitude, outstanding customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable at her job.Went above and beyond her job requirements. Need more like her!

Just visited this place for the first time with two Amazon returns. Upon walking in there were about 10 people already in line and my first thought was "well, here goes 30 minutes". However, they had me out of there in less than 5. They had a LOT of workers and they had different lines to help with different things. Very efficient. Workers were kind and helpful. A+++

These guys are awesome! My fiancé and I came in to send some canned goods to her grandparents, and our two very kind and helpful cashiers even pitched in personal donations to help my fiancé's grandparents. Their compassion completely blew away my fiancé and I, and we'll be recommending this UPS store to everyone who asks.

I read a very bad review before I ventured there. They were the closest. Thought I'd see for myself. I'd rate it A+.

I had a hundred pound carton to ship. Only people working there are ladies. Hated to ask for help, but I'm 65 and already picked it up once to get in the truck bed. The back was already barking at me. Wow, was I impressed. One lady helped me unloaded it. We got it in the store fine. I was curious to the weight. The same lady picked it up by herself and placed it on the scale. Big carton and the scale was on the counter top. Maybe 4' high. "Weighs 101 lbs". I was impressed to say the least. Rating A+.

I have been doing business with this store for well over 6 years. They have professionally packaged and shipped many of my items, to date they all arrived intact. I have also relied on them to ship items weighing hundreds of pounds via freight line. No matter where my items have shipped, domestically or world wide, everything was shipped with proper care and professionalism. I will continue doing business with this store.

I do not understand why so many bad reviews. I guess, bad is always sounds louder. I send packages from here in almost everyday basic. They are very helpful and will accept and give receipt not only for UPS, but also for USPS and FedEx packages.

I was just at this store for over an hour having awards packed and ships to their recipients. Ngozi Was AMAZING. She was so patient and helpful. I really appreciate her kindness to my kids too. She offered them suckers, which I thought was so nice. Thank you, Ngozi!

I've been a regular customer here for more than ten years. These people have always been helpful to me, and they even accept my pre-paid USPS packages. It's a great convenience to have a facility like this, especially since it's closer than the post office.

The staff was very helpful and friendly despite that they were very busy. I am very happy with them. I am in there at least once a week and always treated well.
