How is the general public to know hours of business?

For years the workers have let people park out front, while not blocking any exits or entrances to the store. We even go in and make purchases like I did this year. Every owner of the store in the last 15 years, because it has changed hands, has allowed parking in this parking lot you are hurting business. I already quit coming 8 months ago because of the person that is working this shift right now. And I regret purchasing any drinks even before I set up my chairs because we brought drinks and I just wasted money. Thank you for reminding me why I don't come here anymore.
