Chase over there is great! I won’t be getting my lumber anywhere else but here. It’s worth the drive having great workmanship from these guys.

I have been doing business with Kilgore's for a very long time.

Used them to place an Ace Hardware online order. At first I was a little confused, but I was pleasantly surprised with Kilgore's. I was helped right away and while waiting, I was asked several times if I needed anything. Once I got my order, it was too heavy for me to carry so a gentleman assisted me with putting it in my vehicle. I was not expecting this! I'm so grateful for the help and the courtesy. They just don't have places like this anymore!

The lady who supports the plumbing department is awesome. I needed five different connections that none of the big box stores carried. She described exactly what I needed and knew exactly where they were. I was really impressed, and have a new favorite hardware store.

I'm here a lot because I live close. Everyone is so helpful and so friendly. I have to address upkeep and maintenance on our 15 year old home. Everything from plumbing, electrical, and replacement of parts that ware out after a period of time. Whatever project I'm addressing, I always have questions when I go there. Over the years I have always left there with answers to the questions I had. They have always had the parts or lumber I needed at a good price. Thank you for excellent service every time I've visit.

Very nice store. First time in. Very big, looks like it has a lot of inventory. I did go in for something specific, but I didn't realize there was so many variants so I will have to go back.

Store has been here forever. Better than the other big box stores, Just wish they had longer hours.

Good ACE hardware location. Friendly staff, quick in and out. Prices a little more expensive than Lowes and Home Depot, however not too much. People always available for questions and easy to find.

I have been going there for last 36 years and there is no one can beat their customer service. Yes big stores might be cheaper by a few cents but there is no one to help you. Just go figure. What do you want great people with service or cheap price.

Great store the get hard to find things. I had a damaged door I ordered, and thy ordered me another door no charge.

We came in right at closing. They still helped us get what we needed. They stayed open for us for a whopping $1.54 sale. That $1.54 was nothing to them but it was everything to me. It was holding me back in making banners for my sign business. All screws. Finding the right size screw is like looking for a needle in a haystack. But they helped me with a smile on their face and no concern that I was holding them back. Awesome customer service!

I love this hardware store. AND a little secret I will share is that they have a post office station that can help with everything but passports and money orders. There is even a drop station for American Flags to be disposed of properly.

This place is great! I needed plywood to move in to my house because of the mud and not only did they have it, they delivered it when it wouldn’t fit into my car. The gentleman who loads on the lumber yard was so kind. He made a bad day much better. I would recommend Kilgores to anyone and everyone. This will be my go to hardware and lumber in the future.

Been there forever. Smells like an old school hardware store. Carry the best lawn fertilizer in Texas, Nitrophos. Tip tier. A&M developed. Awesome people. Awesome place.
